Needed a very urgent last minute appointment and this clinic was open and booked me in just before Christmas and just before nye. I had previously been in ED and had no relief for constant pain I was in. Zoe is an amazingly skilled physiotherapist and is very kind and personable. She helped alleviate my pain and vertigo and I can’t thank her enough for her treatments. She was so kind!! I will continue going to On Balance for treatments. All the staff were very kind and helpful and the practice was very clean and responsive to covid stuff.

They fitted me in today for an urgent appointment. I saw Brian and he went through all the tests. After that he treated my dizziness and within a few minutes I improved dramatically. Brian said that I would improve as the day went on. He was right and I seem to be improving all the time. On Balance can work miracles.

I came down with Vertigo and tried various treatments with no success. Louisa diagnosed and treated my condition with the utmost professionalism and care. I recommend her highly and won’t hesitate to see her again if I need to.

Zoe is fantastic. The techniques that she has given me in order to cope with my vestibular issues have significantly improved my overall day to day life. I cannot recommend her more highly!
