"Came into the branch to try to start an what side down in the lobby over 20 minutes just waiting for someone to help me no one was busy but everyone was walking around waiting for coffee still didn't get no help so I just left the branch didn't even get to open up an account"

I always get great service here, better than my previous bank. Super friendly and efficient staff ! People that complain of it being slow probably go when there’s a line.
