Best private gym in Sandton. The facility is small but it's perfect for people that know what they're there for and everything you need can be done. The trainer and management run a good ship. Also when the doors are open on the side it's like you basically training outside.

I love their tiered approach to fitness and mobility! First they teach you how to move, and then they make you strong.
