If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately I can't. Adrian Sacco contacted me to find out why I gave one star and we actually had a big meeting. However, it's clearly come to light he has no interest in rectifying to long standing debt owed of 2.5yrs caused by his employees and landlords that required tenants to go to court for a court order (which still has not been completely paid). Instead he brags about all the good he does but doesn't try to assist a former tenant in their own admitted wrong doings. Claims he knew nothing about it until you present an email clearly stating he did. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt and give him a chance until this mornings text fobbing the whole situation off. Shame on you Adrian Sacco and One Agency

My partner and I purchased a home through Braeden at One Agency estate agents in August of this year. Despite the complications of the extended and ongoing COVID-19 lockdowns, Braeden was accommodating of all our requests, responded quickly to all communications, and facilitated access to the property in a COVID safe manner. All our dealings with the One Agency staff were professional and courteous, and their ability to adapt to the rapidly changing circumstances in Victoria was exemplary.

I highly recommend Adrian and Tristan and One Agency. They went above and beyound to not only sell our house in under a week at an exceptional price but went out of there way to help secure the property we were purchasing. They anticipated everything we needed and had it covered. They were upfront and honest in all their communications and readily available at all times. They are not only exceptional at what they do but also amazing human beings.

In the property management department they were quite judgemental and showed no respect to the potential tenants. We have placed applications in but did not get any response. We have not even received one response to the properties that we enquired about nor did they have the professionalism and care factor. They are rude, and arrogant. That department involving property managers need to learn some manners, respect and common courtesy.

It all comes down Trust and Passion. When you can place that firm confidence in a Sales Agent and believe in their reliability and truth towards achieving your hopes - when they make your goal, their goal and have passion for what they do, then you know you have found the right person to represent you. For us, that right person was Adrian. We have sold two homes in the last 5 years with One Agency and never looked back.

I purchased my property thru One Agency late last year. Adrian Sacco advised me that I did not need a building inspection as the property was only 2 years old and was covered by the builders - however, that was incorrect, as the homeowners did work themselves which was substandard so the advice from Adrian cost me quite a lot of money to rectify. Not particularly happy.
