I’ve NEVER in my life experienced so much rudeness from a person in my life! For some reason the lady who runs this shop has always had a chip on her shoulder every time I’ve been here. All the other people who work there are so polite and friendly. Totally unprofessional! Completely unjust and horrendous behaviour from someone who should know better! I’m very upset but also extremely angry to have been treated so unfairly! I had my autistic son who has learning difficulties)with me and I was struggling with parcels. This lady told me to go and fetch my rubbish so I complied. I passed her my tickets and she gestured for me to take the rubbish with me. I asked if she could put them in a bin which the other staff usually do and she said NO and told me to get out of the shop! I’m disgusted! Even more so when she knew I was struggling with my son. You ought to be ashamed of yourself! I will be taking this further! Update: Thank you Jeeta. My partner called in today with my number and tried to pass it on to a member of staff. The lady in question obstructed him and wouldn’t let him pass on the number and informed him to give the number to her. He denied. She then became increasingly aggressive and followed him to his car shouting at him so unfortunately I cannot pass on my number which is a shame. I’m astounded by such abhorrent behaviour. I’ve spoken to head office so they have my details for you to get in touch.

Firstly update your hours as they are misleading. If you aren't remaining open until 10, then don't advertise this. I went to collect my parcel at 9:00 only to find every shutter down and lights out. How frustrating. Furthermore, when I entered the shop the other day to buy painkillers there was a 10 minute wait where the girl on the desk argued with her manager over printing a receipt for a customer who had already left. They failed to acknowledge me as I stood directly in front of them at the till, neglected the growing queue behind me and continued to argue between themselves. In a word, unprofessional. Update 13/09 It's 9:40 and they are shut. Not sure what I expected except more disappointment. Ironically you guys are never low in that!!

Absolutely terrible shop!! My partner was spoken to extremely rudely by the manger lady whilst stood at the counter with her disabled son, over nothing! then to be told the owner will contact her and deal with this staff member, he’s done nothing!!! Then (myself) I’ve been in since to try and discuss why this lady feels it’s ok to behave this way and I was also screamed at in the shop and then she even followed me to my van, saying the owner will always believe me!! avoid!!!!! Walk up the street or round the corner to the Londis at least they are nice friendly people!! The owner of one stop you are a coward for not dealing with this!!!!!!!

It's ok but their cash machine is always broken and it's taken my card twice in a month, when you ask for cash back they are very hesitant to give it you and say use cash machine even though it had taken someone's card hence me getting cash back. 8 times out of 10 there's no one on till so you have to wait for them. They keep putting prices up, within a week they had put price of bread up twice so went from 60p to 70p and now it's at 80p. If they showed a bit of empathy when your card gets eaten and a bit of professionalism wouldn't go a miss either.

Very rude and aggressive manager Very good prices and convenient all the staff are pleasant and friendly except the manager the woman in the pony tail, when u go there she is always shouting at the staff and is very rude. I had an unpleasant encounter with her she comes across as very aggressive. I’ve been going there for over a year but I’m put off she looks at you like ur thief. Very unpleasant person please do something about it.

it is near our house so I'm in and outing of the shop all the time my experience with going to one stop has been amazing the staff are always friendly and polite The manager of the shop is always helpful and friendly they always have a smile and seems to be happy every time I go in to the shop the staff always make me smile as they have an outstanding customer service and always brightens my mood keep up the good work everyone

The store owner/manager is nice, friendly helping. But there staff are rude, arrogant, and one time I got into based less argument, they started shouting very unfriendly way saying "Ur very rude go find some other store" , all I did is pick up my supply for which I already paid Nd they took nearly 15-20 min to give me after receiving the payment

Absolutely awful shop. The amount of vegetarian options in there is appalling. Shelf’s are always empty, no one at the shop has a clue what’s going on. Card charge of £1.00? What’s all that about? It’s meant to be a convenience shop. There is nothing convenient about this place. Would NOT recommend.

The staff that work there, and the female manager are lovely! really friendly always helpful always got time to talk to you! I think any bad reviews are about former staff who used to work there. Honestly, they are so welcoming and sweet. Great shop!

Rude aggressive manager. Doesn't bother to talk to you when you ask something, confrontational and staff all act like they hate their life. Can't say i blame them working there. Will never go in again after yet another rubbish experience.
