I contacted the call centre of this company for an insurance quotation ( 1 for my business and 1 for my home car etc). i received a email quotation for the house and car but nothing for the business. Additionally, I called the call centre, my details were taken and the person never responded to me again. Very unprofessional service.

Service sucks when it comes to cancellations. It's the 3rd week now and they keep saying they'd get to me which never happens. Worst broker, they only attend to matters pertaining to new policies and amendment. When you need to cancel they basically ignore you.

Debit orders they take their own amount as they like, every month its a different amount as from my policy. Not happy and so unprofessional. It differs with up to R500 a month they take more from me as to what the policy states.

Going on 3 weeks after storm damage on home. We still waiting for something to happen. Very slow
