Found two AMAZINGLY excellent Property Managers in the highly professional and meticulously diligent LEAH GOLDFARB (Head of Operations) and the ever friendly and charming CHERYL JANSSEN. All this began two Saturdays ago with me looking for a good Property Management team (of a Real Estate agency) in Narre Warren to let my brand new (still to be purchased) investment property on rent (settled it a few days later only). So was shopping around where I found a total of three Real Estate Agencies in the area worth looking into. One had its doors locked on Saturday (so realised that those agents would never be able to be contacted on a Saturday, nor would they be efficient enough to deal with an issue on a Weekend), then the other Agency advised me that their office at Narre Warren did not handle any Property Management, and that I would have to visit their other branch in the next suburb (this meant that if my property in Narre Warren needed looking into urgently by my agent-representative, then I would have to hope that the agent in the next suburb will find the time & resources as well as the logistical ability to get to the property). Given this I found the “ONLY ESTATE AGENTS” all open and fully functioning on that Saturday with a friendly receptionist, who introduced me to their Director KHALID SARWARI who exuded absolute professionalism from my first meeting. Having discussed my intentions and goals with him, he went straight to the point without wasting my time to advise me as to how they deal with rentals, and on my request made an appointment for me to meet with their two Property Managers immediately I had settled my property. On meeting the two property managers they immediately visited my property and therein gave me a Market Appraisal based on the past rents in that area for similar types of properties, however were very accommodating when I advised that I wished for a slightly higher rent than what the market was showing, and to that end the “top-end” of tenants for my brand new house to be rented. They agreed to my wishes without any hesitation and were also very flexible in my negotiations of the terms & conditions of their “management authority”. Since that time they were always “on the ball” communicating with me, or responding in regards to all matters that concerned me either by email, phone calls or text messages promptly – keeping me up to date. After which these two property managers conducted THREE “Opens for inspections” within one week; during which time found me the appropriate tenants too for me to rent out the property for my rental price in record time. So this is to extend a BIG THANK YOU to LEAH GOLDFARB, CHERYL JANSSEN, & KHALID SARWARI, for a FANTASTIC job well done.

Not only had she sold my home at a price that beyond my expectations, but she had also looked for a property that astounded me. This is not something you often see from a large number of individuals. Worst Relestate agency going around! If you or anybody who have Only estate managing your rental property, I would strongly recommend looking else where! This agency is very unprofessional, staff are incompetent and do not know the laws. What they think is an acceptable standard for a tenant to keep a property is beyond a joke! This agency has on countless occasions provided me with incorrect information, which has cost me hundreds of dollars in losses and allowed damage to my property. They need to be shut down! Hi Management, In response to your comment, you know who I am and that you did manage my Mooroolbark property for almost 2 years. My issues are ligament and have I have the e-mails and text messages correspondents with your staff to prove it. I have also been phoned by one the directors of the company, who I just discussed these issues with today at 2.18pm. If any one should be throwing the legal word around it should be me, after what I have gone through. You need to take this on the chin and use this as a learning tool, for the future and improve. If Google take this down, they are doing this review tool unjust as I am a legitimate person who has had a bad experience. I'm happy for Google to contact me, if they wish to discuss this further.

I have applied for a rental property of 26 Everitt st, Dandenong through them for the first time on 12th of June! Then applied again on 18th of June!!! The property manager Leah Goldfarb, keep telling me to wait and according to them STILL Didn’t get any response from the owner YET !!! How frustrating is this to keep someone waiting without any reason. whereas I applied couple of property with the same documents and both of them got approved by next day. That’s called quick response!!! The Realestate should response within 1-2 business days that’s called “professionalism! “ To keep holding an applicant for 2 weeks is showing very poor service. , Finally I have decided not to go with them and withdraw my application for their delay response and poor service. I would never ever go with this Realstate Again and I will make sure! none of my friends and family would never go with them.

I am writing this review out of genuine to attempt to prevent others from going through the same troubles. Firstly, my rental property manager was very rude to me and my wife. If you have ever experienced that the people you are paying for are angrier than you when something wrong happens that's exactly how we felt. Secondly, be careful about asking questions about the rental law with them, different people will tell you different things, and when they smell a mistake they will be silent and pretend nothing ever happened. Thirdly, their communication has been terrible with us, sometimes they would message my wife, sometimes they would email me. So, sometimes urgent things don't get responded to due to miscommunication.

Emily Bryans was fantastic to deal with from day 1 when we saw the property at the open for inspection to the signing of the contract and finally on settlement day when we were greeted at the property and the keys were handed over to us . She is a warm, friendly person with exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, passionate, professional and with great work ethic - always answered our phone calls and emails in a professional manner . A great experience in trying times and we highly recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase a property and wanting a great and quick outcome. I contacted Khalid Sarwari to sell our rental in Narre South back in July. The tenants had just moved out and the place needed a bit of cleaning up & work. Khalid provided invaluable advice on the best way to prepare the property for sale. He also got me in touch with some local trades who were able to get the work done quickly & for a very reasonable price, not an easy feat during full lockdown. We have had Leah looking after our investment properties for over 1 year now, we only wish we moved across to Only RE sooner. We like to be kept in the loop with our properties & have found communication with other RE agents lacking but Leah has been wonderful.Her communication is fantastic, She really knows her stuff & is always happy to help out in any way. Even when things don’t go quite to plan she does everything she can to look after our investments. It’s great to have an property manager we can trust and know she has our best interests as her priority. I would highly recommend Leah & her team to look after your investment properties.

Very disappointed with my first experience with this agency. Following the initial inspection of the property we were interested in, we contacted the agent to ask for the Section 32 (note that most agents tend to call their clients themselves the day following the inspection). We were told we would receive the document within 1-2 days, only to find out 5 days later that the property had already sold. The real estate agent was very unfriendly and lacked the ability to communicate clearly, while he also seemed to have a preferential bias toward clients of his ethnicity. Will not contact again.

My personal review about the service provided by the ONLY ESTATE AGENTS - NARRE WARREN It is very stressful for a renter to find a house that suit their needs. Long queue for house inspection. When i finally found one , the Agent Imran Ramjaun was very friendly and cooperative, with his advice, it was very helpful and easy to apply for the house. The Agent Condition Report was perfect, not a single detail was missing. Everything not working was fixed before I moved in. I am very satisfied with the approach of both the Company and the Agent Imran Ramjaun for their professionalism.

Khalid and his team are the most honest and professional real estate agent team we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Strongly not recommended! They are horrible Relestates, if you have a rental property you should never go to this agency. This agency is unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant of the law. The last tenant quit the lease and the agency didn't really do a good condition repost, lots of blemishes and damage, disappeared, cost me hundreds of dollars, they need to be shut down!

It would be a lie to say that I didn't think of purchasing my new home as stressful.
