I saw Opila on IG and they had a colour I've always wanted. I decided to try them out and damn I was blown away. From chatting to them on IG and whatsapp. The service there is amazing and their work is jaw dropping. The staff is super friendly, from the moment you walk in the door. Even other hairstylists greet you and give you a warm welcome smile. My hairstylists were great and very chatting. I felt at home and I was comfortable to ask questions and comment on the process of my hair. I would definitely recommend Opila Haircare to anyone...I value customer service everywhere I go, and Opila gave me more than that. Rude and unprofessional. Spoke to them on the phone before hand about what I wanted to get done. We agreed on a price, but the moment I got there, they changed their prices and acted very rudely. I have never been treated with such rudeness. I believe that a salon should care about customer satisfaction and the service they provide to their clients, but they acted with very little care towards me.
