I am highly dissatisfied in this establishment. I order the salmon salad mostly everyday. The description is “Salomon salad with truffle dressing”. Everytime I receive it I get a small pot of truffle oil- which is the main part of this salad. The last few weeks they have been replacing the pot with a weird oil and vinegar dressing that tastes horrible. After my 3rd incorrect order I contacted the manager and she apologised and said she would send the correct dressing. After re sending the incorrect dressing for the 3rd time she just gave up and said “Sorry the kitchen doesn’t have truffle oil. It won’t happen next time”. I stopped ordering and today I deceived to give it another go and specifically put a note in my order saying “add truffle oil” they sent this gross oil again. I will NEVER order from your horrible establishment again

I don’t know if they changed the chef in the past 6 months, but the food has become tasteless completely. We’ve ordered more stuff but didn’t have the time to take picture of all of it as I was getting frustrated. Gnocchi fritti oily and saggy nothing like its description on the menu. Pasta frutti di mare calamari very hard to bite on and no flavor. How can you go wrong with a pizza in an italian place. It was the worst pizza i’ve tried. Not to mention the bolognese and the arabiatta; edible if hungry, but no italian flavors whatsoever. Gnocchi was even still charged to the bill after complaining. The manager didn’t ask why 3/4 of our plates were still full except one because we were too hungry.

First time here and was a lovely meal. We had the some starters that we all shared and was very good, would reccomednd the gnocchi friti, best I have ever had! Bruschetta wasn't particularly good so I wouldn't have that again. Ravioli was lovely and the pizza was cooked very well but was missing some taste. Prices was very reasonable and a nice atmosphere.

Oregano Townsquare has got to be the BEST branch in Dubai. Sooraj does his best to ensure eveyr order is personalised to the customers specifications. Food is fresh, wholesome and delicious. Couldn't recommend them more. They're on chat food, deliveroo and talabat or you can simply pop in to the store for a wonderful garden experience as you dine outside!. Well Done Oregano Townsquare, keep up the superb service and EXCELLENT management. 5 stars for you!

Oregano is one of my favourite option for Italian experience. The team is so attentive n quick to get you delivered the delicious food in no time.... Also the acceptance of having the food modified as per your choice has no problem at all as chef always ready to accommodate as per your request....

This is my first visit to this branch, i would recommend staying away as the food is not great (pasta white sauce watery, pasta not cooked well, chicken was overcooked). I have informed the manager but he simply escaped without solution. My kids and i will not go there anymore.

No frill restaurant. small in size. But the dishes were tasty and fresh. We complimented the Supervisor, Chef and the waiters and waitresses. It was value for money with Entertainer Vouchers.

Very good service, neat and clean and staff are polite helpful and respectful. But the food is tasteless. I’m a Mediterranean i’m born is a basta bowl, but this is nothing then pizza or pasta. Even my 3 years son who loved pasta split it. Its a shame considering the good products you use. I think you have to change the chef

The food is awesome. The service is great. A must try. The only thing is that coffee is not available but they promised that it will be added to the menu very soon. If you visit, sit outside because you will enjoy people passing and the view is very nice and especially that the weather now is pleasant. High 5 to Oregano.

Great staff and service! The menu has a variety of options to suit all food requirements. Loved the gentleman we were attended by who showed professionalism and eagerness to assist. When I asked for a vegan alternative, he said he’ll make sure he finds a way to do it. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Extremely expensive and slow, your plates can be provided to you one hour after the order payment, I went to order something, when I came back home (5 minutes distance) I found that my wife has cooked and feed the kids. First and last time.

Pizzas and Pasta were awesome! Really enjoyed the food! Authentic Italian restaurant, recommend to go with whole wheat dough for the pizza

Everything we ordered was delicious....the lasagne the bolognaise,the creamy chicken pasta,the shrimp penne and the calamari.Definitely worth a second try

The service is alright but the food ain't it. I dont know if its just me but tomatoes and cheese doesn't always land. The cheese wasn't the tastiest and tomatoes were not diced well enough to be bite sized pieces.

The worst service with the worst people working inside the restaurant, Ive never seen non-professional business like it

My risotto was tasty and the staff friendly and welcoming. Such a lovely addition to the Town Square community. Will definitely go back.

Food was bad. Overly done and tasted like it was straight from a packet. The decor is nice and good location.
