Not sure if i just got a bad nail lady or if the place has lost it's sense of cleanliness and professional ways, i went in for SNS only to have the nail tech cut my fingers 3 times from filing (which hurt like hell from the nail chemicals) and her laughing it off, used crusty old nail cutters with glue/dip powder residue from another client, stirring the dip powder with the same nail scissors she used to cut my natural nails down, some nails aren't even on the surface (shaping) and although she asked what length i'd like she proceeded to cut them shorter and shorter. One thing that came to my attention coming back is they completely gave up on sanitary items for each individual customer, i remember when i first went there i had my own box with my own items as did every other customer, pretty sure those dont exist now. over all just the worst experience and i was extremely uncomfortable and my fingers are extremely sore

The staff are so mean and unprofessional. They did my nails, completely different to what a I had verbally told and shown them what i had wanted. I had brought up my concerns and the nail lady that I was with laughed at me, got other staff involved and spoke in a language that I didn’t understand, then they all laughed at me and were mocking me. I was humiliated and forced to pay a sum that wasn’t agreed upon - when I refused to pay, especially after the fact I was treated poorly, let alone the nails were not what I wanted, I copped verbal abuse by ALL staff members. I’m a 21 year old on my day off, all I wanted was a small design… turned into mess. Don’t recommend this place - given by these other bad reviews, you shouldn’t go here either. Glamour Hair & Nails are amazing and they are lovely people - give them your business instead.

Had a lovely pedicure and manicure with Annie and Linh. I tried some of their add-ons, the foot care pack and the hand mask. My hands and feet are so soft and using the hot towel I feel so amazed and relaxed ! Such a clean everything - everything is single use. The staff are friendly and professional too, when I was confused which color I should choose and they always ready to help me with joy without being annoyed. I’m so appreciated with that and will definitely be coming back. Thanks Organica Nails for giving me this wonderful services.

The staff here has an attitude like my nails were abit far from her hands and instead of “can you please move your hands closer to me” she was just said “move” like someone’s mad and then she started laughing like girl bye- they don’t copy the reference photos correctly and the nails are always crucit. THEY ARE SO OVERPRICED I got French tips one time with my mum $55 and went I went without my mum again they were $75 like girl stop scamming it’s so obvious u wanna charge me more without getting a complaint. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

i came here for my hubbys nails. he needed some as you could say ASSISTANCE and a manipedi for his nails. they are quite large and boubuous so i came here for help... the lady started off by stroking and massaging hus cuticles before clipping them. i will say that i was a bit underwhelmned although he did enjoy the cold moistriser being rubbed on him. he loved it i might try this myself LOL!

Worst experience , went there and the lady did not explain the options they had french tip, gets started and put top coat on with my lines of my tip all crooked and not straight ! the way she handled it was absolutely appalling , no consideration or acceptance of her error and wanted to charge me more to fix it ! i would not recommend this place unless if you want a dodgy job done.

I've been here 5 times now the girls are very prompt and professional but the girl l had today do pedicure and manicure did an excellent job l dident get her name unfortunately otherwise l would name her but she is excellent l will be looking for her to do the job in future visits thank you very much for your service …

Wife got her toes nails done from this shop & when they left her for them to dry, she noticed a big mark on her big toe then she asked them to fix it about 10 of them gathered around they didn't use a nail polish remover they just painted over it with layers and layers so thick. $35 dollars for normal nail polish

Had a manicure shellac service here but it was not a pleasant one. She used the wrong drill size on my thin nails and hurt me TWICE without apologies and her face looks annoyed by my thin nails. She supposed to know which one works best for the customer as different person has different conditions.

It was the absolute worst experience. The staff are very mean and have the biggest attitude. I got my nails painted and they used the wrong colour then refused to fix it. The results are extremely disappointing and I would definitely not recommend this place.

Mai & the girls are absolutely lovely. Their eyelash extensions, manicure and pedicure services are wonderful and they always go above and beyond to make sure you leave the salon a happy customer. Would highly recommend!

My new nail salon!! I moved from QLD so had the tough task of finding a new clean, perfectionists nail tech. My nails have never looking better and I am continually getting compliments on them!

The women who work there are lovely. They're quick with their work,while also doing a professional job. I had a full set of shellac acrylics done and they did an amazing job.

I went to this place for a manicure and it was by far the best manicure I have ever had in Australia. Will definitely go back to them if I go to Sunshine again.

Nails break very easy and its expensive My 6 year old got a mani and pedi an they charged me $45 the polish came off 2 days later. Such a waste of money
