Your customer service needs to improve. Whichever lady picked up the phone on Friday July 28 @ 5pm turned away a customer pretty much. Answered the phone with "Hello?" Then I asked a question about booking a table and it felt less like I was a valued customer and more like I was an interruption. Then I heard her say "oh, he hung up". Except I hadn't hung up yet. But then I did hang up. To the business owner reading this review, you need to fix this issue. Losing customers just because of phone manner is ridiculous. If it happened to me it can happen to others. If it was just 1 thing that went wrong then that's maybe understandable. But it was 3 things in the space of a minute.

Just had three pizzas our family... and the bottom line is the pizza we just tried to eat is just not acceptable. Everything about the pizza was appalling and the flavours or should I say Lack of taste, overly salty, very average dough shows total lack of understanding of the craft of pizza making. How have we been dumbed down to this level of mediocrity on the upper north shore? The garlic bread was inedible! How hard is it to get that wrong? Seriously you guys need to retrain your palate and pizza making skills. Wanted to like your pizza but seriously couldn't. The fact is there's couple of pizzeria in the area that are ok (no one outstanding) but this is not one of them.

I have been a customer since Organica had opened, 100% of the time I have been satisfied. They pack the pizzas full of toppings adding a explosion of flavour, the prices are very competitive for the market. If you are a gluten free customer they have the best bases on the north shore, give it a go. My favourites have to be pepperoni & supreme. If you have a family you should take advantage of the deals they offer as you get free garlic bread and a 1.25L drink - enormous value. If you are eating in you wont be disappointed either, the staff are friendly & the service is great. Keep up the good work

The new proprietor isn''t that friendly. He thinks its just about the pizza's. He is often short and rude to customers and chastises his staff in front of you!! He doesn't get that having a small business is an opportunity to have customer relations, get to know people by name, be part of a local community.He is not at all friendly or 'connected'. The pizza's since it changed from Hugo's to Organica, the toppings have become very light on!! My husband and I commented not much topping difference between Organica pizza's and the frozen type. Will have to find a new local!

A small family business. Found them very polite and attentive. I go there now and then with my family. The Pizza there is really different. There is something for any taste, I love the thin crust House Special, my wife likes Pesto chicken pastas and my son being a meat lover teen, can easily recommend it. If you are after a quiet, family friendly environment, hidden deep locale to West Pymble, you'll find it here.

Definitely the best Pizza in the area, it a good value pizza for take away, but eating in is great as you can let the kids play in the park just next door and have an actual adult conversation. The bottle shop is only a few steps away if you run out of booze. I would recommend the BBQ chicken they do it in the perfect 90's style. if I could give more stars I would.

Best Pizza in the local area between Pennant Hills and Chatswood. Toppings are great- the produce they use on the top is super fresh and not ‘processed’. Last night they were closed so picked up Pizzas from Christina’s Thornleigh - starck controntrast in flavour and topping quality. Reassured us of what great pizzas we get from this place every Friday night!

I ordered the medium Margarita pizza for $16. It had no basil, the tomato base was not flavourful (no salt). The mozzarella was also very bland making the whole pizza very bland. Basically, it was a glorified plain cheese pizza with no flavour. Prefer the $5 cheesy garlic pizza at dominos more. For $16, I expected more and was disappointed.

We ordered from here the other night and enjoyed the quality greatly. We picked up the Tandoori Chicken and the Verde and enjoyed them both. Great amount of toppings and perfectly cooked. If the price were a little lower then we'd probably visit more often but for the moment it's a treat we look forward to having again soon.

Love these guys. Local, and great pizzas. There are not may Friday nights we don't end up swinging past Organica. They also do one of the best gluten free pizzas in the area. We always get some of our pizzas GF for one of the kids, but everyone is always happy to eat them.

Best pizza around! Good size and ready within about 15 minutes. Nice spot on a summer evening to sit outside. Very casual with BYO and a playground nearby for kids, plus room to run. We love the meatlovers, garlic prawns and the tandoori chicken pizzas.

While not absolutely perfect, their pizzas were far better than most I've ever had in Sydney. Will come back again.

Just picked up a couple of pizzas on a quiet Tuesday night. Made perfectly, right amount of topping, and right amount of crisp. Loved the House Special. Taste buds very very statisfied! Well done!

We ordered the garlic prawn and house special pizzas. It was the first time we had tried the pizzas here. They were tasty and reasonably priced. We will give them a go again next time.

Strong 5 for pizza, but salad only 3 hence no choice but 4 star review. However, will definitely be back for more, but it'll be pizza only next time.

Pizza was ok. Hot and ok toppings. Not too thick but crust was a bit too crispy. Sauce ok. Cheese ok. Salami ok. Just ok all around.
