To all of the people leaving 1 star reviews. First, it's apparent some people cannot read the menu, and what each dish contains. The other very apparent observation is most of the one star people who have reviewed have left multiple one star reviews for many other companies. My suggestion is that first you actually READ the menu and descriptions. And the Karen's, and Chad's of this world that just like to complain about everything, here's a novel concept. Why don't you stay home and cook for yourself??!! It's very clear that many of you are NEVER satisfied at this or any other restaurant. Exaggerating the truth, and trying to be just downright hurtful to a place of business. It's bad enough a lot of restaurants are barely making it by through the Covid pandemic. You all should be ashamed of yourself for leaving these types of reviews. Covid has brought the worst bottom feeding patrons out, and your negativity is what deserves a 1 star. Do everyone in the service industry a favor and stay home. You are also the ones that treat service industry employees like they are beneath you. I have more respect for a restaurant trying to survive this pandemic, and pay it's bills and employees than I would ever have for someone that has nothing better to do than complain, and complain, when truthfully a restaurant gas the right to refuse service to anyone. I hope the lot of you finally get what you deserve, an invitation to never walk through the front door of a restaurant you've already left a 1 star review for. Do us all a favor and stay home.

Don’t touch with a barge pole! We know it’s busy on Xmas eve but asked them to genuinely tell us a delivery time . They said 1 hr and we ordered . 1 hrs 20 mins later they said it was just being finished . 2 hrs later it was on it’s way and promised to be hot and fresh … 2 hrs 10 later … 1/2 crispy aromatic duck arrived soagy with more fat than meat and not enough meat to even properly fill 4 pancakes . Cold prawn toast . A chowmein that looked like someone else had chowed it first …. Absolutely worst takeaway meal we’ve ever had from anywhere!

Ordered a meal for the family costing £52.66. The food took an hour and 10 minutes to get here. We got a message 20 minutes prior to this to say food was on its way. The food arrived very cold, contained raw carrot in with the salt and pepper chicken (which looked like chicken chargrills). The satay sauce needed to be mixed to remove lumps due to being cold. We never received all our order either. Tried to call the shop but they closed at 10.30pm so unable to rectify. Worst Chinese we’ve ever ordered. Never again.

I just came here to say that you guys and your responses to bad reviews are absolutely legendary! So legendary that I have read about it in a news article in australia! I have noticed they are no longer visible, you shouldn't have deleted them!!! Coming from an extensive hospitality background, I very strongly believe that the customer is NOT always right. There are a lot of very whiney and spoilt people on this planet, and not everyone should be fed with a silver spoon! Stay true to yourselves and don't give in to adult babies! 5 Stars for you.

Excellent food. I will be reporting all you nasty people who come on here and write a negative review simply because you read an article and do not agree with how they respond to reviews. That goes against Google's review standards and I will continue to report and fight fake reviews on their behalf as a fellow business owner. You should be equally ashamed of yourself for bashing a food establishment in which did not wrong you in any way, one in which you have not even had a bad experience either.

Hello, I have never eaten from here before or ordered as I live in Sheffield. But I read the news article about customers giving bad reviews. Honestly the reviews made me laugh. You are 100% right with your replies. I'm sure you are a decent chinese take away :-) People these days are just disrespectful and have no consideration for others, always love to put other businesses down! So glad you stuck up for yourselfs

What rude, aggressive responses to dissatisfied customers from this Chinese restaurant owner! Instead of being professional, apologising and trying to improve, the appallingly rude responses surely must put future customers off. I was flabbergasted to read those nasty rude responses and would recommend the owners take some lessons in manners. I would never, ever go to such a poorly run restaurant!!

Went out to get dinner with my wife the service was perfect the price was good but the Meal tasted horrible which later at home I found out that it was Chinese I'm am deeply upset and won't be recommended this place to my friends as there was no notice to tell me it was Chinese but my wife has asked me to say she loved it

This place ripped me off. I ordered chips with curry sauce and they asked me if I wanted my sauce separate I said yes and they charged me an extra 50p to have it separate. It really annoyed me as they should of told me it was going to be an extra 50p before i said yes.

Never eaten here as I am in Australia but this restaurant gets 5 stars, purely for the responses to the very idiotic reviews they're given. I love that they're raw and honest. There should be more of that. Keep calling out the idiots!

Food really nice but maybe because they are busy shop they always been late with my orders , always actually. If you go for collection u still have to wait 30 min time instead of 15 min as they say.In rest food is delicious.
