One of my favorite loves, and one of my best massage experiences, I've had massage treatments done by both Wellness Therapists Ray and Tammy (owners of this gem) they are both amazing, really good and well experienced. Beds are heated, rooms are warm, cozy and inviting. Space and bathroom is always clean. Beautiful mountain views from their Beclony. Also, they were super cute on my birthday :)

This is a great spa, perfect when you are a guest of the DoubleTree hotel. The team is so friendly and really accommodating, the facility is clean and neat. If you are looking for a massage whilst in capetown this is the place. My husband and I went here for massages and its hands down the best massage we have had and we have had alot. We floated out the door in a cloud of relaxed muscles and wellbeing.With the massages was some great advice along with herbal tea.

This place holds some of the sweetest people, truly masters of their trade! You are so incredibly comfortable and cosy you almost don't want to leave to face the real world, that's how much of an escape it is. It's so clean and the ambience is so other worldly. I booked a 90min Aromatherapy massage with Tammy, and it was great!! I felt very relaxed afterwards and she gave the best scalp massage as well. Highly recommend this spa and I will definitely be going back.
