I got a vanity from here and picked it up recently. The service was great and so easy. The warehouse is huge in the Harvey location. Everyone is really friendly and ready to help. Especially when picking up my vanity, everyone tried giving a helping hand. We had to fit it in my Camry (which I definitely don’t recommend bringing a Camry), but they were so smart and all while trying to figure it out, the first thing they worried about and cared for was my vanity! They didn’t want any scratches or cracks or anything on it. All of the guys were really sweet and didn’t even want me to lift a finger. Please, if you’re ever needing to get furniture, go to this place! They also let you see and look at the product before they give it to you and they re wrap it for you as well as make sure everything is in there. They made the process so easy and painless!

There was a miscommunication with the customer service department in regards to the delivery of my furniture but Ray, the GM was quick to rectify the issue, apologize and assured me that the issue would be corrected. He even sent a gift, to show appreciation. That is customer service at its absolute BEST. Update: My furniture was delivered for my Airbnb and put together so nicely, I had to go back and buy a couple other things. The guys who delivered the furniture were super careful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend Orleans furniture for all your furniture needs. I currently have 6 other Airbnb's in other cities and states, and Orleans has been by far the cheapest but best quality furniture that I've purchased thus far.

Felix was amazing. He went above and beyond to help accommodate us and to meet our needs. I don’t know what we would have did without him. His expertise and a unique eye for style and design helped us to bring our vision together. We showed him photos of our rooms and he went to work putting ideas and pieces together for us. He is definitely the salesman of the year and so deserving of a promotion or a bonus!! He kept us laughing the whole time and made us feel so comfortable. He wasn’t forceful or overbearing. My intentions was to come in and get a sofa . The moment I walked in I was greeted by Felix Maldonado . When I tell you I was having a horrible day , and he made my visit so much well worth it . This is the only furniture store I buy of all my furniture from because I know the quality, delivery and customer service is always 5 star. Every one who works there is always so friendly and makes sure they can be as helpful as they can be. Even in times like COVID, all of the furniture they have is in stock and delivery is the next week! Ibrahim was very knowledgeable and had the answers to all of our questions. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for top quality furniture and customer service!

This was a great experience with Mr. Edward Dixon. He accompanied me around the store and was not pushy at all. Everything I wanted and asked for he was so gentle in assisting me. I was very clear on what I needed furniture wise and to stay within my budget also with the size of my home. We went into the store this morning and immediately we were greeted by Victor Farr. We were able to tell him what we were looking for and he gave us an opportunity to look around the store and then met up with us to discuss our options. We fell in love with a sectional that would go great in our living room. He was as excited about our purchases we were and walked us through the whole thing. We loved the customer service and the friendliness of all the staff there.

If you're looking for a high quality furniture at a reasonable price this is definitely the place for you. The salespeople are extremely informative and helpful and not overly pushy which I absolutely love. I purchase a sofa on Friday and received it faster than I expected on Monday. A delivery guy's were very respectful and on time. They set up my sofa and everything for me I can't be more pleased and satisfied. Definitely recommend Orleans Furniture to everyone.

My tables were available but delivery date for everything else kept changing to the point of no estimated date. Asked for a refund for the other items. Manager had an attitude and told them to refund me for everything. Cool. Went elsewhere!!

We went to Orleans furniture looking for a new sofa set. John greeted us at the door and showed us around the showroom floor. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions, very pleasant to work with. The prices were reasonable. We absolutely love our new sofa and love seat. Fellx is a fast talker but very good people I had someone to pick up my mattress for me but it was the wrong mattress which it was my fault I should have made sure that my driver that came pick it up make sure it was right but I really appreciate Orleans furniture for bringing me my mattress I will be back soon you guys be bless …

Delivery service is terrible. They refuse to actually deliver your furniture and try to extort you. The company keeps blaming issues on the fact that they use a 3rd party delivery service even though the drivers are wearing shirts saying orleans furniture.
