I hope my experience can help you, this was a big important purchase for me so I didn't take it lightly and learned a lot along the way. I met three or four top rated diamond guys in Toronto, one in the same building as Sergio. The owner of one didn't even greet me, the other tried to sell me very badly included diamonds to fit my budget and requirements. They all have the same story we are wholesalers and sell to other stores and keep the best for our clients. That is not true and if you do your research you will know that its a very centralized marketplace for diamonds. Anyways, this lead me to go through the headache of buying my diamond online and finding a jeweler to set it. Now finding a jeweler to set it is another headache, you risk bringing an expensive stone to the wrong person, different sales stories and crazy pricing because they don't like that you are bringing your diamond, and at the end most of them outsource the work. But this finally lead me to Sergio, we spoke about diamonds and the ring, he didn't give me any stories, offered fair pricing and treated me like a real friend, not the fake vibe or feel like most I met before that tried to squeeze my budget with subpar product so they can keep fat margins. Sergio is a real jeweler with an actual workshop and makes everything in house. Had I met him before I would have let him source my diamond as well and save me from all trouble and hours searching online. It is always better to have a solid jeweler that can do everything for you. I found one at the end. Go see those other 5star diamond salesmen and you will understand. Sergio is a gem.

I got a beautiful custom 18K gold pendant made as a Christmas present for my boyfriend in Dec 2017. As a designer myself, I wanted something that was true to my original idea and was made well. I was blown away by the helpful and fast service, and quality of the final product - I would highly recommend this company and go back to Sergio in an instant to get any other custom jewelry made. A few perks - I got to deal with Sergio directly. He was very responsive by text and email. There was a quick turn around time and extra pressure with the holidays. When I went in to pick up the pendant, Sergio made adjustments on the spot, and wanted to make sure I was happy with the product before I left. Really liked the fact that there was a physical location to visit and liked that I could meet Sergio in person. Didn't meet any of the other people working "behind the scenes" but that was ok. The location was easy to get to, although a bit tricky to get into the building. Not a lot of jewelry on display, but lots to see online. They use a 3D printing process for a lot of the custom jewelry. I gave Sergio an Adobe Illustrator file and he was able to create a 3D image of the prototype to approve before moving to the final design. Great process and he was able to walk me through the steps easily. In the end, I gave it to my boyfriend and he loves it. Would definitely go back!

I went to Sergio with a broken silver ring that I had been repeatedly told couldn't be fixed to look like it once had. Anyone I spoke with said that it would take weeks to fix and the entire structure of the ring would be different (often ending with the suggestion that I should probably just buy a new one). Seeing as this ring was sentimental to me, I was determined to have it fixed and went to Sergio based on a friends recommendation. I am SO happy I did. Sergio took a quick look at the ring and said it would be ready for pick up the following day. When I came back, the ring looked better than when I was first gifted it. We recently had a custom engagement ring made by Sergio and the result was stunning. Having looked around the city for jewelers and receiving multiple quotes, Orosergio was by far the best choice in our opinion. We had a larger sized emerald which required special attention and Sergio made sure to give it just that. We should also point out that the emerald was very expensive and Sergio was completely honest about handling our stone (we’ve heard stories where jewelers swap out expensive stones for less valuable ones). Sergio is a wholesale jeweler so his shop actually makes the jewelry - allowing him to cut out the middle man and give you a better price. He was very helpful during our first meeting, providing us with options and suggestions we hadn’t ever thought of. He took the time to explain his reasoning and why it would provide the best final product. His process, including providing us with a computer rendering before he made the final product so we could see the ring and approve the look, made the experience effortless. We are overjoyed with how the ring turned out and plan on getting wedding bands from Sergio later this year.

By far the BEST experience!! Me and my sisters lost our mother in jan 2018. We were searching all over for a custom jewelry maker. Not many exist these days. Helped me WELL beyond expectations. Went in here (Orosergio Custom design jewelry) to have one of my silver pieces repaired. I was in the area and needed a fix asap. I did a quick search and came across here and actually decided to come based on the positive reviews. I called to see how to make an appointment and was accomodated based on my timeline and urgency. Not only were they able to do it within record time but they were very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Sergio has 5 stars from everyone for a reason. From the start, I felt like Sergio passion and dedication to designing the perfect ring. It started with a discussion about my vision, which he translated into a quick hand drawing. He took down details of exactly what I wanted so that he could convert it into a CAD drawing. In short time, I got a drawing which he offered to convert into a 3D printout. The best part is that my request would have made the ring unstable and he very kindly steered me I a direction that created a better and safer design. The experience, the customer service, and the end product are flawless. Every time. He custom created an engagement ring and told me how to make it even better based on his experience. Very Professional! I went to Orosergio to have my engagement ring custom made and do not regret it one bit. Sergio produced a beautiful ring that I am happy to wear. I explaind exactly what I wanted, sent pictures via email, spoke on the phone and went in to their office for ring sizing and further discussion on ring design. Sergio was able to send digital pictures of what the ring will look like. The picture showed exactly what I had in mind with Sergio's beautiful artistic flare. Once I was happy with the design, he offered to make a cast and try it on, but I was ready at that point for him to go ahead and make the ring. It would have been better to take my time and try on the cast just to confirm sizing as the ring was slightly too tight; however, he adjusting the ring size for free and now its perfect. I definitely will go back to Sergio's for my wedding band!

I needed to resize a ring. I was looking for a place with same-day service. After reading the positive reviews for Orosergio Jewellery, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Sergio and he said he could re-size my ring the same day. When I went to drop off the ring, I explained that I was truly in a rush and requested the ring be completed as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that my ring was completed in under 1 hour even though they were very busy. In addition, the ring was resized perfectly (I have had bad experiences when I had resized other rings). The cherry on top of the cake is that his price is very reasonable. Although I don't live near his store, I will go back to Sergio for all my future jewellery repairs. It is worth the drive!

I recently worked with Sergio to create a custom engagement ring. From the first time I walked into his office Sergio was welcoming and very knowledgeable. I provided some images of other rings for inspiration and Sergio was able to turn those into renderings that we were able to adjust as necessary to finalize the design. I had a custom 10k gold pendant made for my boyfriend with a very specific and special engraving and it is absolutely amazing. Every detail is perfect. Sergio made me a custom silver ring that was a recreation of a historic artifact, he did this with only photos as a reference. This was such an amazing experience I can’t recommend highly enough! I was looking to get a promise ring for my boyfriend engraved and out of all the places I researched this was by far the best. Any questions I had were answered right away and the whole process took only two days whereas so many jewelers take at least a week to get the engraving done. I ordered an engagement ring from overseas and it needed a slight resize, the jeweller recommended Sergio and I can't not be happier with the results. It was a bit more complicated than a standard resizing due to a small ruby in inside of the band but he did a fantastic job, it looks like brand new!
