I have been a client for over 10 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time. I always leave feeling refreshed and my skin is always glowing for weeks to come. My favourite service is the Oxy-Geneo facial, it is definitely a must try and something everyone should experience. The products used are phenomenal. I've suffered from cystic acne as an adolescent and continued to have acne as an adult, but after acne facials and the right skin care regimen my skin is the best it's ever been. My favourite products to use are the Vivier Ultra Purifying Clay Mask, Vivier Vitamin C scrub and the Alumiers Clarifying Collection. I had also suffered from very deep acne scaring on my cheeks and jawline from the cystic acne but after continuous treatments and regular skin care routine, they're basically non-existent at this point. The treatments I've had done: Waxing, Acne treatments, facials of every kind, Microneedling, microdermabrasion, vampire facial, Oxy-Geneo, IPL acne treatment, massages, chemical peels, jelly face masks and im sure there are more. I refer as many people as I possibly can, this is a family run establishment and I will always do my best to support local business'.

I have been seeing Tina Sideroff (RN) for over a year now for my botox injections. She is always so gentle and extremely profesional and knowledgeable. I have SUFFERED with severe hereditary dark circles under my eyes since birth and have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years on makeup, serums, creams etc. to help me hide this issue which has always been a major insecurity for me. Tina had recommended that I get filler under my eyes. Well last week I got it done and I cannot believe the difference it has made. I still have some darkness but feel confident without wearing any make-up, and when i do wear make-up I only need the slightest amount instead of the truckloads I had previuosly needed to cover up my dark circles. It didn't hurt a bit. The difference for me is night and day. Worth every penny. Life changing. Thank you so much Tina!!

I did HydraFacials before , they do make a big difference in feel ,look and texture of your skin . It is nothing like a regular facial ,it is so much more . My story that I tried this new HydraFacial at this spa , called Syndeo ,Platinum upgrade , and it is a so much better than Signature ( basic ) that I am hooked on it , it is little more but it is worth it at least upgrade once in a while . I was nervous about having my eyebrows microbladed, but Alex was so patient and ensured that I was 100% happy. I’ve been a customer of Ottawa Medical Spa & Aesthetics for many years and have had a variety of services. Vesna is very knowledgeable has always provided wonderful service in a clean, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Vesna’s suggestion of IPL treatments to treat persistent rosacea was very successful. I’m happy with all the services I’ve had and find pricing reasonable when compared to similar professional spas.

I recently had the opportunity to go have my pedicure and chemical peel done here. After being in lockdown for so long it feels so good to have these things done and spoil myself a little..... And I have to say that I wasn’t disappointed because Vesna provided absolutely excellent service and made me feel so relaxed. The place was clean And had such a friendly vibe. I’m definitely going back!

We had terrible service for last year. We have spent more than 1000$ for eye brow service to be removed for some parts using electrolysis and EPILFREE product. But it didn't help at all. When we claim to get refund because they promised at the beginning, they told us that they won't refund anything and go try other places. I would not recommend this place at all. Be careful people!

Wonderful business! Ottawa Medical Spa has a professional and down to earth atmosphere, with a wide range of services ready to assist with almost any need or concern. The staff are kind and incredibly knowledgeable, and explain treatment and follow up care wonderfully. Although I live outside of Ottawa now, I continue to make the trip specifically for their services!!! 10/10!!

I always have a great experience when I go in for a treatment. Vesna is amazing she helped me get rid of all my unwanted keratosis spots and explained how the procedure worked the first time I went. She takes the time to answer all my questions. The spa itself is always clean and is beautifully decorated. I will definitely be going back for sure. Highly recommended them!!

I've been going to the Ottawa Medical Spa for the last couple years, the service is very professional and the staff is friendly. Went here for a one hr RMT massage as a first time client as it was highly rated and conveniently located downtown Ottawa. Don’t be fooled by the somewhat hole-in-the wall exterior!
