Awful customer service. To put it gently, they treat the people that walk in with their problems like garbage. They could not be bothered to bring a sense of humanity to their approach to policing. It is really quite sad. The line up alone was 3 hours long and only two “officers” working. By the time it was my turn, the “officer” was in such a disagreeable mood i almost sympathized. The entire experience was exhausting and unpleasant. If you want good community policing services, do yourself a huge favour and move cities.

We came to report a stalker who had been harassing us and making death threats, and the officer who was there Sat, Mar 17 at 5 pm EDT not only refused to listen and persistently interrupted me, but asked us to leave after we were offended. If you need assistance, do not ask for help from any officer in this station: this location needs to be closed down and put under review.

Avoid this location at all times. Worst police officers with no respect. 5 officers at the window, all chatting. Took over 2 hours to get help to then be given false accusations. I have never been so disrespected in my life, especially from people who their job is to protect and serve. Disgusting behavior, I expected much better coming from police officers!

My daughter went missing. From the time the call was made until the time the police arrived at our home was less than twenty minutes. Excellent service for a distraught parent. BTW, my daughter came home while the officer was collecting details. His only comment was that he glad that, as parents, we cared enough to call it in.

I called about a very threatening phone call, apparently from the CRA, threatening legal action to seize our assets. They immediately reassured me, informing me that it was a well-known scam being investigated by the RCMP and that I had nothing to worry about. What a relief!

HORRIBLE service. Avoid this place at all costs. I was the only person in the police station and the lady who was meant to be helping me was talking about her day to her co worker. A 10 minute ordeal became more than a 30 minute ordeal.

I've called a few times and one thing that remains a constant is their bad attitude. These people have such a superiority complex. Not sure why we bother writing reviews though. It's not like we can go to a different police service.

Staff members are rude, demeaning and disrespectful to clients. I felt downgraded and attacked for reporting I had been rear ended because I didn't know how to fill out their form and was only told to do it.

Having to drive to Kanata after a hit in run is not my example of great services. Especially considering there are 3 other spots in my area oh but by the way "They are not available to the public".

Stories are true. I was literally the only person here and all 4 personnel was by their counters. I was standing for 20 minutes before they addressed me.

Incredibly rude and uncaring service person on fraud report line. It's unfortunate that Canadians are forced to pay for this terrible service.

The front desk lady really cared about my concerns. The detective assigned to my case took it very seriously. Both were so supportive.

Accident reporting centre is SLOW... 3 officers standing around chatting instead of working.
