I’ve tried many of the hockey development organizations within the Ottawa-Gatineau area with my kids, and can say without question that the Sensplex Hockey Development team is one of the best around. The organization is 1st class, always prepared for contingencies, and extremely organized and professional. Andy, Hanna, and the OCS hockey development staff including Fitquest, is outstanding with both elite level expertise, and the communication skills necessary to articulate direction using a positive and consistent approach. Their passion, commitment, and attention to detail ensure that you player learns the right way to do things with the proper techniques. Each Athlete is treated like an individual, with thought put in to the specific skills and drills used to enhance their development in a way the players enjoy. As a father if 2 players passionate about continuing their hockey development, I trust the Sensplex and their staff completely with all of their development needs.

Very well run hockey programs, focuses on player development. Everyone from the coaches to the administrative staff are all very professional and very supportive of the kids, I have nothing but good things to say about my son's experience with the Ottawa Senators Hockey Development team and FitQuest. Simply EXECELLENT !!!

The development that my two players have received from Sensplex and FitQuest coaches over the years has been excellent. The coaches are able to bring out the best in players using positive coaching techniques and it's clear that they care about each player's development. I recommend them without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about the hockey development and Fitquest programs offered at the Sensplex. My son has flourished under their guidance and he loves it there. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They care about him and truly want him to be successful. EXCELLENT!

My son has been through many of the Sens Hockey Development and Fitquest programs over the past few seasons and these programs are great. Both the Hockey and Fitquest programs are focussed on age appropriate skills development, and stress athletic skills development not just hockey!

Great step to have Kanata Academy included in the OSA. I speak from personal experience in saying that they provide a professional, caring learning environment to help students achieve success.
