PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! My mom went there today at 5:15pm, she was aware that her consultation had a fee of $160 dollars, but after dr. Ayala who literally did nothing for her she basically glued my mom's teeth with a glue that looked like one from dollarama because when my mom got home her teeth fell out. and they charged her $538 for basically gluing her teeth. my mom denied to pay this amount because it is not fair that because of this they would charge that much. The receptionist lady was extremely rude with my mom and called her a "thief" for denying to pay that amount and they did not want to give my mom an estimate of how much her whole treatment would cost because she did not pay the $538, and even my mom was so nice that she paid the $160 consultation that she would not even have to pay because of the poor service and attention that she received and because they did not even did an x-ray for her. Basically this place stole $160 of my mom and wanted to steal more from her. This is a place that does not value their customers and have no idea on how to provide an excellent customer service. the place is so messy and ugly. and prices are way higher for the poor service that they offer. In addition to this, they did not apologize for what they did to my mom which makes them look worse. one more time DO NOT GO THERE FIND A BETTER DENTISTRY THERE ARE MANY GOOD ONES OUT THERE.

Yo tuve muy mala experiencia en este consultorio con la señora Rita, es la recepcionista del consultorio, yo llego a Canadá y como todos sabemos el costo del dentista aquí es muy caro, tuve mi consulta con la dentista Ayala, y ella se portó muy profesionalmente me trató con amabilidad y respeto, me dio el presupuesto de un relleno que se tenía que hacer en una premolar que tengo que arreglar, al salir de su consultorio pedí a la recepcionista mi radiografía para buscar otros presupuestos en otros consultorios y ver que opción era la más barata, pero ella se negó en darme mi radiografía que ya había pagado, después de eso se porto grosera, casi sacándome a patadas del consultorio por el hecho que le pedí mi radiografía, le comenté que no tenía que ser ruda conmigo y simplemente se dio la vuelta y me dejo hablando sola, siento que esta persona se molestó por que le pedí mi radiografía, estoy en la libertad de pedir algo que ya pague , no toda la gente es profesional es una pena!

Dr. Ayala has been my dentist for over 20 years. She is absolutely incredible, her prices are affordable and reasonable. She did my braces and left me feeling so confident with my smile (something that I had never felt)! For those who are “scared” to go to the dentist should definitely book an appointment with her, she always makes sure I’m comfortable and not experiencing any pain while I’m the operating room, but not only that, her staff are extremely friendly and try to make your appointment as easygoing and relaxing as they can during this pandemic! Our Family Dentistry has such a positive environment! If you’re looking for a family dentist I would 100% recommended Dr. Ayala as you will leave her office with a smile on your face

I HIGHLY recommend this place. AMAZING family/staff starting from the receptionists (Yudi and Rita). They figure out everything you need to know (prices and insurance coverage) beforehand, with all kindness, respect and love in this world. The dentist is WONDERFUL! Dr. Irene is a passionate, skilled, experienced and human dentist. She explained everything to me in details and she made sure I understood everything. Joyce, which is her assistant, is also great, she was always making sure I was feeling comfortable and secure at all times. If you are looking for a great service and a great team you just found your spot! Very adorable experience with those incredible women.

Dr. Ayala is an extremely wonderful dentist with a huge heart and soul. She's professional, kind and very friendly. I feel comfortable each and every time I go see her. She's excellent with older patience as well. My 88 year young mother introduced me to Dr. Ayala. So glad she did. It's true, mother's know best. Her staff is so special. My family and I have been going to Dr.Ayla’s office for about 6 years. I had a traumatic experience at my previous dentist and was a little hesitant to go to another one after that situation. However, my experience at Our Family Dentistry has been amazing. Dr.Ayla and all of the staff at the office are amazing people. Truly the nicest, patient, and most amazing group of ladies! If you are looking for a professional and caring dentist you should visit Our Family Dentistry; I'm usually nervous at the dentist but with Dr Araya and their staff I felt calm all the time and now I'm even looking forward to my next visit as I really like the results of their work. They also speak Spanish so that's a good thing, overall nothing but good comments about my experience.
