A top that I wore only once came back from the laundry with blue spots and all the other clothing items came back with a weird stench - it’s as though they just left the clothes in the machine for a long time after washing. I’m annoyed. The damage on my top is so severe, I can never wear it again and I have to rewash all the other clothes. I wouldn’t recommend this laundry service!

Not trying to ruin their business but my experience has been things coming back with dirty stains that weren't there when going in (hypothetically if it was dirty then it should be returned clean right?) And ruined shirts that have clearly been bleached. Can't risk them ruining anymore

We regularly use the facilities of Our Laundry Room Parkhurst and are always 100% satisfied with the service. They are speedy and professional & all our laundry has come back in excellent condition. I must mention Nonni who is always very helpful and friendly too. Great job all

A great service from our Laundry Room ... they collected the curtains ... laundered them... brought them back and hung them up. Thank you Jason and staff

They did not allow my clothes to dry but merely ironed them while wet, causing all of them to smell of damp when wearing them.

The ladies never cease to amaze me with the superb service they provide at such a great price.
