I have been going to Ozlem for 6 years. Yesterday she has done a keratin hair treatment which I am very happy of. I have been to a celebrity hairdresser before for other hair jobs and this keratin hair treatment I am more happy with. She’s good and her work is immaculate. She is also price friendly which is a bonus. When you go there she offers Turkish tea or coffee a lot of the times, which is another bonus because you want to enjoy your time there socialising, destressing because us ladies not only like to get our hair done but socialise while we get out hair done too. She’s good again and I recommend her 100%.

Hairdresser Ozlem done such a great job. She was so attentive, sweet and knowledgeable, listened to my concerns about which color (within my desired color range) complimented my skin compexion the most! Her warmth and hospitality was comforting, offering me hot and cold beverages while the color set in! Even at the end of the treatment she gave me a free mini blowout just to please me, (I already was! but it was such a kind gesture that goes a long way). Overall a memorable and safe experience, that I'll be sure to go regularly.

I went to have my hair fixed by Ozlem today. My previous haircut at another hairdresser was a trim in readiness for my wedding in February knowing I would need one more trim before then. I came home from that with layers I hadn’t asked for and a very unbalanced cut. Ozlem listened to what had happened and fixed it for me. I have walked away as a very happy client today and will definitely be back for future haircuts. Thank you!

Just had my keratin treatment done last week and my hair is amazing. I had fizz and unmanageable hair for years and have tried lots of product however with the keratin at Ozlem hair and beauty I was amazed by the results. My hair shiny n soft with no fizz and I can leave it open finally after long time without blowing wavying it or adding lots of hair products to manage it. Best thing I ever did.

The lady in Ozlem hair n beauty is very friendly especially her working is just amazing, i used to do hair colour anywhere else wasnt happy, since i found OZLEM HAIR N BEAUTY i m very happy the hard work she does with hair colour and cut is i m just appreciating.
