Unbelievably helpful staff!! I called asking if they had toddler hats as I couldn’t get in store to take a look. While on the phone with a lovely women named Bianca I tried looking up the codes on line to see the hats described to me by her but they couldn’t be found. She kindly asked for my e mail address so she could e mail some images of what each hats looked like before I sent someone to go pick it up for me. She went beyond just looking after her customer in store and that’s why I’ll be doing a lot more shopping at Osmosis Lilydale. Couldn’t be more impressed!
