I was so fortunate to meet with Shailen & Anna at their newly opened Pack & Send franchise in North Strathfield (handy to that quintessential restaurant The Liu Rose). Importantly, parking was not an issue which it would have been had I gone to the closest P&S in West Ryde. We had had a brief chat via email which included a quote, but meeting with Shailen & Anna made the whole experience much more personal and far more rational as they were able to look at what I wanted to send and take accurate measurements etc. and thus provide a quote based on fact, not an estimate on an unseen object. The tracking process was interesting - my framed photo under glass dated 1899 went to some fascinating places on its journey to the UK (shame it couldn't send me postcards). And when it arrived safely at Oxford University; the recipient emailed me to let me know and, in her words, "It was beautifully packaged, by the way. That comment speaks for itself. Staffs at Pack & Send Homebush are friendly and super helpful. They made interstate moving hassle free. I had an issue with another service provider but Pack & Send Homebush managed to resolve my problem without me worrying. Parcels were received faster than expected. Boxes are maintained well. Items inside the boxes are good. Staffs are careful when moving the boxes. I would definitely recommend Pack & Send Homebush!

I'm actually in shock with the speed and efficiency of my 1 meter x 1 meter parcel delivery to New Zealand. I Dropped off the box on Monday afternoon and it arrived this morning Wednesday to the front door in NZ. Just wanted to share my feedback, I had an urgent laptop delivery that Anna helped me dealt with. I was in and out. Got all the paperwork sorted real quick. No fuss at all. Laptop got dropped off on a Thursday and arrived in Malaysia on Monday at the recipient hands. Highly recommended place if you need your delivery fast and efficient.
