Zaplatili jsme vypůjčení auta,kdy jsme si auto měli vyzvednout dne 27.11.2023 v 22:00 na letišti Brno Tuřany. Nikdo tam nebyl,kdo by nám auto předal, po zavolání na kontaktní číslo mi bylo sděleno, že se mi ozvou do 10 minut. Nikdo zpět nevolal a po neustálém volání nikdo nezvedel telefony. Tím pádem se vše zkomplikovalo,museli jsme zaplatit hotel a zůstat v Brně. Dne 28.11.jsme se vydali opět do půjčovny, abychom si vyzvedli to auto a vyřešili to osobně, protože telefony od predesleho dne nikdo nezvedal. Druhy den nastala úplně ta samá situace,jako den predem. Nedostali jsme ani auto,ani naše peníze a nikdo s námi nekomunikuje. Tímto vkládám velkou stížnost na tuto společnost a budeme vkládat stížnosti tak dlouho,dokud nám nevrátí naše peníze za vypůjčení auta,které jsme nikdy nedostali

Got ripped off, terrible customer service! We booked through Ryanair, our flight was delayed by one hour and when we got there they weren’t open, there was another couple who had the same issue. We called and asked about the car we rented and the person on the phone said it wasn’t their problem that the plane was late, and also told us that we couldn’t have the car the next day as all the cars are gone. Ruined our weekend holiday. Still no resolution or refund for the car we booked!

We rented a car in Brno Airport. We arrived at the Panek Brno Airport office and nobody was in the office. The employers at the other car rentals companies (Hertz, Budget, Avis) told us that they never saw anybody in the office for months We called (at our expenses) the Panek office and after 25 minutes holding the line they told us that the office in Brno was closed. Never we got a such awful service. Lost of time and money. Never, never more Panek!

NEDOPORUČUJI! V říjnu 2023 měla jsem sjednané půjčení auta přes platformu rentalcars. Zaplaceno dopředu, rezervace z Panek potvrzená. Zůstali jsme trčet 3 hodiny na letišti bez jakéhokoliv kontaktu s firmou Panek. Nezvedali telefon, nereagovali na sms. Pak jsme to vzdali a půjčili si auto jinde. Své peníze jsme z rentalcars dostali zpět až po měsíci. Této autopůjčovně se vyhněte! NEDOPORUČUJI!

BIG SCAM. no body was there when I arrived, they stop answering calls. It doesn't seem like we will get any sort of refund. Avoid this company and any websites promoting them!!! (would give less than 1 star if I could)

Don't trust this company, it's a scam. Nobody showed up on the pickup date, and now they're putting me through a long and complicated process in order to give me a refund.

Desk closed when I arrived, phoned and told someone would come but they haven't so stranded in the airport, plus no one answering the phone now.

Everything went well, car was clean, employee was very nice and professional.
