The music in store was so loud that both me & cashier could not hear ourselves talking ...I had to shout out loud for her to hear me ..The cashiers however seemed to be enjoying the music cos some of them wer dancing while attending to customers..

Hate this place the cashiers are so dam rude. Just wasted my time.. Plaza pep is so much better. I hope no one face this again these cashiers are so bad and the female manager Is worst I would like to charge her for using bad languages

Staff are friendly and efficient. Paxi packet was used. Good delivery always carried out. Store is neat, with good selection of items. Store layout is easy to navigate around.

I bought a Paxi parcel of which I believe had a latent defect, but when I requested a refund I was told that they don't do refunds.
