Rude staff. They just walk away from you when you greet them. Manager was not helpful either. I went to go swop shoes for a bigger size, and yes I did not have the slip, but I did have the shoes with the tag still on and attached to the little hanger. Kids shoes. I just needed a larger size, I even showed the manager my payment proof of payment on my phone. She told me it's not her problem. After alot of sweet talking she reluctantly let me swop the size but with her sighing and giving me the stink eye.

Good day, the Northgate stores used to be my favorite even though I live near Cresta, but in this week there a been lady it seems to be the one doing the Paxil orders as well she not wearing uniform ,she very full of her self, ,not only is she rudento car guards who required assistance, she always complaining She about her previous job,is on 2 different days she stories. It's sad that people aren't given a courtesy courses. There's do and donts.

Today i purchased 2 T shirts. Advertised for 49.99 each if you purchased 2. Which is what i did. At the till it was rung up as 50.00 each. That is false advertising. Please reply, otherwise i will go to the advertisinf board and also hello peter and whatever other media i deem becessary.

Thanks to the ladies who helped me today. An item had no pricing and they remained calm while I waited impatiently for them to get pricing. It takes a real fighter to be in retail and I appreciate the excellent customer service!!

It’s a very small store (but it’s a Pep thing) but has a wide variety of products, good service from the staff. I don’t have a pep store where I live so I purchased a whole lot of stuff. Great store I would recommend.

Very helpful staff. They got stock out of the storeroom for me as there wasn't enough of the item I wanted on the shelves. Thank you

The shop is small but there's plenty you can find at an affordable price. The customer service is not too bad , overall? It's okay.
