Clean, Not very spacious though Love the items in the store Staff very friendly and helpful Clean site to, just like Any normal store -where CUSTOMERS DO NOT PUT STUFF BACK ON ITS PLACE if they decide in next aisle or 2.."oh I don't want this anymore"they just also it down anywhere and I always feel sorry for the employee who has to go and put it back where it is suppose to be..OTHER THAN THAT.. LOVE THE STORE

Great prices within store but payments are a nightmare... Lines are usually long with slightly unfriendly staff members that clearly show their irritation with some customers... Could do with more till points...

I can't go to a mall without making a turn at a Pep Home. Products have a fast turnaround time so there are always new products on display. When it comes to homeware Pep Home is top of my list.

Staff was friendly but not very helpful, he explained to me that the items I wanted was in the back but he could not fetch it as he had a stack of boxes to unpack and it would take a long time

Friendly service... the variety is not wide... the store is small... and they have a bit of everything... the prices are low... I enjoyed my shopping there... value for your money...

It's an okay place but I only made a few purchases there, they don't really broaden on their home appliances and items like they ought to be.
