It's not nice that a shop like Pep would not sell an essential thing like a face mask, I drove all the way from Umlazi and forgot my mask, worse I have an aching foot, I had to pull my foot all around the mall just for a face mask to enter Pep, its easy selling the item to save your customers. Just saying

The joys and butterflies of moving into a new city and apartment settle way better when you know where to shop for things you have forgotten back at Home. The shop was nice and I was able to get supplies I needed. Still would prefer a bigger selection of home staff

I can only recommend Pep store if one is buying for a growing baby as they grow so fast or if I am buying other goods except for adult clothing. The queue is usually long and slowly but the cashiers are usually friendly and professional

Need to increase the Home range. I am more often going to other PEP shops to find products. This shop has far too many cups and glasses and does not the beautiful products I see in the other PEP shops

Did some shopping for baby stuff, good variety at a good price. Got all I needed at one place and fair pricing got me a little more. Good vibe and efficient staff. Will shop here again.

I'm rather surprised by the photos for this store as everytime I go in there the place is in disarray. Sizes for 7-8 boys is non-existant. Pep is extremely cheap and quality not good.

Service very bad, 1 customer 3 cashiers needed to do a transaction at the only till point open, queing up to the door just to pay, wont go there again

Worth shopping there if you have patience to look for what you want. Clothes are stagged to much and not in size order on the rails.

Wide range of clothes for kids, affordable and quality is good. Sometimes staff is slow otherwise it's ok

Staff could be more helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety and enough stock available.

Always goos service. Bougut a phone, they don't tale forever with the sale like other stores
