We have been to pet quarters eastern creek on two occasions and both times have exceeded our expectations. Today was our second visit and the staff were fantastic. Knowledgeable friendly and attentive. We love that we can take in our frenchy Ricky. Today we purchased a dog tag from a pet tag stand that has an automatic engraving machine in built so that once you choose the tag and enter the name and phone number the little machine engraves it on to the tag on the spot it was awesome and very affordable I saw tags range from 10 to 30 dollars and that includes the engraving. We love pet quarters and we will definitely be back

Asked why his saltwater is triple the price of anywhere else and continues to tell me infront of others that every other aquarium and where I buy from gets it out of the harbour without even telling him where I go lol. Guy got really defensive about his water. Nice shop but unfriendly and also extremely expensive compared to every other aquarium I've been to. Also tried to tell me about how my tank mustn't be any good cause I won't pay 55 cents a litre for saltwater. Won't recommend him to anyone. Extremely unprofessional to disrespect customers and also every other aquarium.

Well laid out clean & tidy store, friendly team members. Nice freshwater plant stock & tank! Huge coral selection & saltwater fish selection, some nice freshwater fish but nothing unusual or different. Friendly team members, was offered friendly service several times in store. Pleasant visit & transaction, a must visit location for all your aquatic, furry or scaly friends needs.

Our little Cavoodle had her first grooming today. I was running early and had been called into work. The staff and groomer worked in with me to get her in and done quickly. I truly thank you all for the assistance and professionalism shown. Due to my circumstances you all helped out and got me home in time to go to work that night for my night shift. Thank you

Went here looking for some puppy toys. One staff member, and I wish I could remember her name, was AMAZING! She gave us a fantastic education on puppy safe toys, nutrition and all sorts of valuable information based on her personal and professional experience. Outstanding customer service! 5 STARS!

Massive shout out to Ben from the PetQuarters EC store. All the staff have been helpful but he really has gone above and beyond and sometimes I think he is more excited for my reef tank to come in than I am. Service in most industries is dead but this is certainly not the case with Ben.

Great store lots of fantastic products at great prices. The staff are beyond helpful and Ben is a great manager and easy to deal with. I will be shopping here again and highly recommend going for all your pet supplies.

The staff are lovely and they have a great DIY dog wash service. It's always clean and they offer towels for after which help you to also keep the space clean for the next person.

Always pop in and grab some speciality food for our cat, staff are helpful and friendly. Always have a quick chat whilst checking out. Prices are comparable to similiar stores.
