Quality is absolutely terrible. I bought a crate worth 18k it came damaged, paint scratched out, not even sealed or in a bag. They kept selling me damaged toys and they will not replace them. And the squeaky toys get damaged within 1 hour of giving your dog. And the kong toys are just terrible quality. I don't believe they are legitimate kong toys. I bought a harness too, got damaged within few weeks. If you don't have a problem losing money and you want to spend on bad quality items, this is your go to place.

Great shop. The attendants, being pet owners themselves, knew exactly what I needed and provided great recommendations. And their prices are good too! Just make sure you don’t buy the cheaper Chinese things because your budget is low. Get the more premium stuff that lasts. They’ll help you.
