My experience at Physioversal is outstanding, and that comes from a really picky person ! I had a lot of neck issues and I used to wake up with neck pain and headaches, I changed my pillow and tried different foam, down feather and even water filled pillows. Nothing was helping. I decided to have a consult with a physiotherapist and have a proper management. I met Nabila in clinic and she noticed many different posture problems and bad habits that were leading to my neck pain. She was just amazing on how well she understood my problem and had a clear easy and effective treatment plan to give me. She taught me how to change my posture for the better (i though it was impossible at the beginning). Took me around 3 to 4 weeks to "completely" change my bad habits. Improvements were noticed after 2 to 3 days !!! She gave me exercises to do and that changed everything. Thanks for the whole team at physioversal. Highly highly recommended !!

I went to Physioversal with an injured thumb, still awaiting a diagnosis. Nabila treated it with extra care to make sure we were not disturbing the healing of the scaphoid bone in case it was fractured. I had a right knee pain for 3 months and I couldn't walk nor put weight on my leg. I was offered a cortisone injection which I refused and I decided to come to physiotherapy. After the 1st session, the massage and exercises, I already started feeling better. After a week only, I was not limping anymore.
