Unfortunate to say but I was disappointed. I usually pay $40 for a fill so when I saw that they were offering 15% off and charge $47 for a fill I decided to try it out. The entire time I was getting my nails done the nail tech stopped and got up several times( definitely more than 5 times) to do other things in the middle of doing my nails which was pretty irritating. When I was finally done they charged me $46 which I didn’t understand how the math added up to saving $1 after suppose to be getting 15% off. I gave two stars because my nail shape did come out nice, but the ends of my nails feel sharp still which I don’t like. I hoped I would like this place since it’s super close to my house, but I’ll just stick with the other place I go to. While I understand as of July 31st the 15% ended. However, I was told 10% off and an additional 5% for using Venmo totaling 15%. I didn’t know it cost extra to trim nails down for a refill I’ve never had to pay extra anywhere for that and I honestly don’t consider my nails short. It wasn’t a horrible experience and I like the how my nails look. I was just disappointed in the price and the service that’s all.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem just seconds away from my place. Overall, it was an amazing experience and Henry skills left me extremely impressed. He completely transformed a terrible set I had previously gotten elsewhere that I despised by expertly filling and reshaping them exactly as I desired. His exceptional service prompted me to return for a pedicure today, and once again, I was highly satisfied. Unlike other nail salons where technicians often engage in their own conversations and barely interact with clients, this place is different! The staff is incredibly friendly, the salon is impeccably clean, and I could actually have a meaningful conversation with my technician. I wholeheartedly recommend Henry without a doubt.

My experience started out poorly, and the young receptionist said I would have to wait 30 min to an hour for a pedicure. She asked me to check in & come back. I came back in 1 hour, & there were several pedicures being done. I was like, huh, you didn't even call me or anything. So she asked me to wait 20 more min. I then had a pedicure done by Nancy. She was amazing props to her for saving the day. I asked her if they had any ghost decals, and she said, "Show me a picture." So I did & she freehand them. Yes, it's early for Halloween designs, but i love Halloween! She's awesome, I will be coming back to her. The Vietnamese coffee was great, too!!

This was my first time trying this nail salon, I needed my artificial nails taken off and my natural nails painted. Amanda was my nail tech and when I say this is the best manicure I have ever gotten, I’m not even kidding! My nails have NEVER looked this good with or without tips! She did an amazing job cleaning up my nails and making them look amazing! I will be going here from now one and using no one else but Amanda!!! I’ve never had my nails look this beautiful and healthy!

Just opened. First impression that shop is cleaned and easy to find sit. Many beautiful and modern nail design. Friendly and experienced staffs and easy going environment. Fast services and reasonable price. It located in the prime location of Bandera Rd/1604 N Loop W. Highly recommended and come in and check out yourself. ps. The complimentary drink still going. Hurry before it too late.

Dezy always exceeds my expectations! Dezy and Amanda are the kindest and funniest people around. They take pride in their work and are the best nail techs I have ever known. They go above and beyond to make their customers have the best experience. I have tried many other nail salons and Dezy is the best. Super friendly and she takes her time. Reasonable prices and excellent quality work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been getting my nails done for years and have NEVER had this happen to my nails EVER. I went to get a new set and was so disgusted when the nail tech removed the set done at PLT. They were not lifted cracked or anything which would usually be a good thing. Idont know what she did wrong, but this is just disgusting.

I’m a regular here and I LOVE my girls. Magnolia is a doll and does wonders on pedicures!! She’s a professional and is very meticulous and love her attention to detail on my toes!!! My nail technician Desi, is top notch!!! She is very creative and delivers above and beyond your expectations. They always strive for an overall, excellent experience!!

This place is truly wonderful. I've seen people rate the service here highly through Yelp, Facebook, etc., but when you actually experience it, you'll see how wonderful this place is. There is nothing to complain about, the best nail salon in San Antonio and the 78250 area

AMAZING!!! I got medium almond black french tip nails and they look soooo good! The salon was calm and I really enjoyed talking to the lady who was doing my nails. I’m super picky about my nails and they’re perfect. So happy, I will definitely be coming back!

I saw Destiny for my manicure/nail design. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did them perfectly. I love my nails. Destiny is so creative, artistic, and professional. I am 100% happy with my nails and I will be back to see her again.

First time here, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. I received the lavender pedicure, and it was much needed. Nancy did an amazing job. Overall, the customer service here was amazing. By everyone I encountered today. Will be back.

I went here with my sister. She only wanted a manicure because her nails looked really bad. We only had an hour until she had to leave for her son’s soccer tournament and I wanted to do pedicures together but thought we didn’t have enough

My nail tech was pretty good , but whoever did my toes they look so bad lol . All I got was a white shellac , how can you mess that up ? Looks like two blobs. I had to leave so I sucked it up and just told myself I’d never come back .

I just got a pedicure and manicure, it was so relaxing and the nail salon was very clean. All of the workers were so friendly and helpful. They also serve free drinks during your service, I will most definitely be coming back! 10/10

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to. I’m not too sure of the person who did my pedicure but they were very lovely. I loved my relaxing lavender pedicure and how my eyebrows turned out so worth the price!
