Horrible branch. The girl at the teller line sits on the phone all day with her ear piece in, she always has an attitude, and she is not very helpful. The rudest thing she does is talk on the phone while being with customers. She will have

Avoid at all costs. Went to get a few checks all of which were denied by the merchants since the branch didn't print them with the required information. Might as well keep the ATM and get rid of everything else.

the people working at this branch is amazing and so friendly especially the tellers which I don't remember their names and Jasmin Dixon who guide me to get the best option to keep my money safe.

The personal banking experience and service is quickly disappearing at PNC.
