It was my first time visiting POPMART Melbourne Central and I have to say I am VERY IMPRESSED! From the fantastic range of products to the extremely friendly staff who were working, it was a really delightful experience! The store was also very clean and tidy and looked very organised. Will definitely be back!!

Had a challenge with the Buzz Lightyear Gong Studios/Popmart figure but thanks to Amy and the team at Melbourne Central I was able to get it rectified and resolved quickly! Very appreciate of their service and assistance. Now I have my figure just as I wanted and very happy with it ❤️

Cute store with adorable toy lines! Lucky dips at affordable prices, toys themselves are high quality especially for their price point. They come with detailed props, nice shading and constantly changing unique designs, and the staff here are reliable and personable!

Honestly very friendly and we left happy but the one problem is most of their display boxes are (of course) series of toys that are already sold out. So you look at the displays and you can't buy any of them, I'd say only 1/4 were

The workers in this store are super friendly. They will answer any questions quickly, and there is lot of collections i am looking for. I also drew the first secret here. This shopping experience is really great.

I recently purchased at Popmart and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite products and the impeccable service. The store showcased a variety of products that come in blind boxes.

Do NOT use the kiosk!!! Just purchased 2 from the kiosk, money charged, but the kiosk did not send out the product. Better wait till the store open and purchase from the store then.

So many blind boxes to choose My parodies, I’m worried about my wallet now lol. Hope I won’t spend too much one these cute figures❤️. Definitely will come again …

This is my favorite store with Pop Mart, all the staff are so nice and patient with wonderful service. And also it’s my lucky place, every experience is so sweet.

Shop is not there anymore or is being moved (No signage). Very disappointed and website needs to be updated.
