I recently moved to Fort McMurray in May but had to go back to Calgary for a medical appointment. I stayed with my daughter on Lake Fraser Drive and she was using her car to get me around the city for a few days. However when I used my car the last couple days of my trip because she had to work I noticed that there was a noise coming from my breaks. Mazda was unable to get me in with short notice but as I was driving to my daughter's after my medical appointment I saw this auto shop on the same street that my daughter lived. I stopped in and spoke with the manager and told him I had to go back to Fort McMurray the next day which is a 7.5 hour dive and that I was worried and concerned that my breaks maybe having issues. The manager got my car is as quick as possible and the mechanic saw that my rear brakes and rotors were bad and also my swag bar was broke off and my wheel bearing was also getting bad. The manager ordered my parts and had them delivered right away. I got all the work done except my wheel bearing which was still good for a little while however I did buy the part from the shop since they ordered it for me. The shop closed at 5pm however the mechanic and manager stayed until 5:45 to finish the work on my car. I did not want them to stay any longer so I told them I would get the wheel bearing put on once I am back in Fort McMurray. The service that I received from this shop both with the manager and mechanic was the best. They provided the best customer service that anyone could ask for. The Manager took me as an individual case and heard my concern and gave me piece of mind on my travel back to Fort McMurray so I would not have to worry about issues with my breaks as I was travelling alone. The next morning I went back to get air put in my tires and the mechanic also tightened the lugs on my wheels without me even asking. I would recommend this garage **PROLEVEL PERFORMANCE** to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. They deserve a 5 star rating. I also checked the rates with Mazda and this garage's rate was a little less then the rate that I was given by Mazda. I really appreciate your great work!

Excellent people, excellent service, excellent work and work ethic. I'm so fortunate to find this autoshop. Sergey (the owner) is very honest, straight to the point, very accurate and punctual. The work he's done to my car is just perfect. He did not charge me a penny more than he promised, even though it took Sergey more time to get it done than originally specified. I would be happy to recommend his autoshop to all my friends! Thank you!

We were on vacation on thanks giving long weekend, and our breaks wore out. The shop was closed, but the owner was working inside. when I explained the situation & the trouble, he went out of his way to get me back on the road, that day. Having 2 boys with medical conditions, we are extremely grateful for his help I highly recommend this shop. 6 stars if I could Thank you Serghei

The quotes we've received were accurate and didn't change and the work was done so quickly, they accommodated us on short notice when they didn't have to and went above and beyond for us. Very organized, quick, and communicative. They work overtime, after hours, on weekends they really go above and beyond. On another positive note they don’t pressure you to do anything they simply give you the facts and let you make an informed decision. If you’re looking for THE shop in Calgary these are the guys.

Absolutely one of the best auto mechanic shops in Calgary, fair prices & great workmanship. Serghei set up an appointment to do the breaks for my car on very short notice. Edward worked on the car and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended, I will bring my vehicles here from now on. 10/10

Truly an honest good mechanic! In comparison to Hyundai Gallery, pricing is half. He will not overcharge, and quality of work is great. He can usually get my car in fairly quickly and can order parts quickly also. Highly recommended

Sergei is wonderful, and I have never felt that I have been overcharged or quoted for something unnecessary, like many other auto repair shops do. The quality of service has been incredible, would not reccomend anywhere else! :)
