The creation of Pakistan State Oil (PSO) can be traced back to the year 1974, when on January 1st; the government took over and merged Pakistan National Oil (PNO) and Dawood Petroleum Limited (DPL) as Premiere Oil Company Limited (POCL). Soon after that, on 3rd June 1974, Petroleum Storage Development Corporation (PSDC) came into existence. PSDC was then renamed as State Oil Company Limited (SOCL) on August 23rd 1976. Following that, the ESSO undertakings were purchased on 15th September 1976 and control was vested in SOCL. The end of that year (30th December 1976) saw the merger of the Premier Oil Company Limited and State Oil Company Limited, giving way to Pakistan state Oil (PSO). After PSO’s inception, the corporate culture underwent a comprehensive renewal program which was fully implemented in 2004. This program over the years included the revamping of the organizational architecture, rationalization of staff, employee empowerment and transparency in decision making through cross functional teams. This new corporate renewal program has divided the company’s major operations into independent activities supported by legal, financial, informative and other services. Inorder to reinforce and monitor this structural change, related check and balances have been established by incorporating monitoring and control systems. Human Resource Development became one of the main priorities on the company’s agenda under this corporate reform. It is due to this effective implementation of corporate reform and consistent application of the best industrial practices and business development strategies, that PSO has been able to maintain its market leadership in a highly competitive business environment.

i fueled up my car but i was out of cash and asked for card payment, cashier refused , and send me to accountant to find out the way, i told him take my i card i withdraw cash and pay the bill or send someone with me worst thing was he didnot trust, no compromise at any point, after a long struggle approx 45 mins he took my i card and went to nearest atm to took cash.

One of the older fueling stations here..... have the tyre shop aswelll and a mechanic with the oil change area and knows well how to fix cars specially 90s car or korean cars.... he will fix the car for you.

Not recommended, fuel quantity seems compromised. When i asked the staff before getting the fuel about PSO card they said its working. Once I got the fuel, they said the PSO card machine is not working.

Petrol availability is good but customer service is not really satisfactory, customer behavior is not good and complimentary service like windshield cleaning etc is not there

Okay Service Does not have High Octane Tho... So Be aware of that the only station to have more then 3 shops around to the way of Riwind or sunder estate

Common looking pso pump with usual services however petrol quantity is theft while filling as a habit like most other pumps.

They have good quality fuel. My car runs on minimum 92 RON and I've not faced knocking issue with their regular so far

Bad experience , petrol pump machine not working properly. I think quality & quantity is low. Staff is unethical.

It's is more a village pump, which has got the new look. I have no complaints about the fuel though.

They have best quality fuel in surrounding of BeaconHouse. They also accept Visa and Debit cards.
