While casually window shopping at Rosebank Mall, I had no plans to make a purchase. However, thanks to the warm and inviting demeanor of Christina at the Puma shop, I couldn't resist coming back to buy some Puma sneakers. Her friendly treatment from the moment I entered the store left a lasting impression, and I appreciate the positive experience. Mall stores can be artificial with service by staff not truly invested. Puma Rosebank proved to be opposite. I walked in knowing what I was looking for (but from a different brand). Both staff listened to my expectation and matched exactly what I wanted. There was no attempt to make my need fit what they had and that in itself was fantastic. The result is the other brand has now lost me - thanks to the staff at Puma

My wife went to the Rosebank store to purchase running shoes. One of the sales team, Success, spent a lot of time with her patiently helping her find the exact right shoes and the correct size. He also took the time to search other Puma stores for shoes which would suit her. Ultimately she ended up going with his first suggestion and it's the perfect shoe. Good experience.

I received good service from SUCCESS AND Itumeleng I spent a whole hour with them I didn't know which shoe to take but with their assistance I eventually choose a shoe that is suitable for me.

Itumeleng & Success are fabulous. The QR scan for My Puma does not work for iPhones, they tried their best to help us get the discount through My Puma. I love coming to this store.
