PVR ECX is a multiplex cinema located in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. It is part of the PVR chain of cinemas, which is one of the largest multiplex chains in India. THEATER EXPERIENCE: The infrastructure of Pvr Ecx is admirable. The theater looked neat & tidy. There was 1 thing I didn't appreciate. The seats in the theater. As they were not sliding backward. They would go back a little bit but no sliding. I don't know if it was the case in every seat but 3 of our seats were like this. FOR 2 WHEELER OWNERS: I went there on my two-wheeler and had 1 extra helmet and I forgot about the fact that theaters don't allow helmets. Anyway, the staff was courteous and understood the situation & he kept the helmet somewhere safe to collect it after the movie. The staff told us to not carry such belonging again as we won't be able to assist due to rules & regulations. I request all the 2-wheeler owners to think about this before entering the theater.

Plush is what comes to mind when one enters the premises of the PVR ECX theatre where ECX stands for Enhanced Cinema Experience. That's partly because the Chanakya itself is a high-end mall decked out in silver and gold livery. The Dolby Atmos sound system belts out the loudest sound effects without hurting your ears too much. Audi 1 is decently sized so you don't feel like you are in your home theatre. The seats don't recline which makes for a painful experience and a reduction of one star. The food joints outside are a major plus point when visiting this theatre. Regretfully they are the only remaining vestiges of the visits to the old Chanakya theatre which usually ended with a visit to the Nirulas located on the premises.

This PVR Multiplex is located in ECX mall chanakyapuri. You will love the interiors of this place. There are 3 screens for movies. Cleanliness is very good. Washrooms are very well maintained. There are various Varieties of food and drinks are available as per PVR standards. However like all premium range Pvr cinemas food is expensive here too. Legpace between seats is good. The seats are comfortable but they do not recline even a bit which was a turnoff and we don't expect this from Cinema of such luxury. Seats offer Small recline almost of every Cinema. Sound and picture quality of screens is good as usual. Overall 4 stars one star less just for seats. Rest movie watching experience is amazing in this cinema.

PVR is always good for movie but this PVR is really so costly, why people come here and give a regular cold drinks at 350+₹ ,what is this...this is too much price inside the pvr ecx chanakyapuri. Really shame that there too much robbery i think so.... Movie experience was very nice, very nice ambience here, i really love this PVR ECX but it is so much costly, PVR. Please think about it, there is a limit, please cut down your food rates, driving people crazy here. I really don't like this Suggestions from my side, if you are going there to see a movie , please don't waste your money on food. Enjoy your movie and get out from here because it is too much costly... Please think about it pvr ecx chanakyapuri.

PVR Chanakya Is Now A PVR Chanakya Multiplex With 3 Screens For Different Movies Experience. A Very Old Cinema Hall Is Now Reconstructed To A Multiplex With Latest Technologies And Amenities For A Better Movies Experience . Food Court Of This Multiplex Is Something To Come Earlier And Enjoy Your In House Available Food To Choose Over From Menu. Yashwant Palace A Good Place For Shopping Is A Very Old Market Adjacent To This Multiplex . This Place Also Has So Many Authentic Chinese Cuisines To Enjoy Chinese Food .

Nice Ambience, places to hv a casual walk and to eat in the main building and also nearby Yashwant place. The only very bad thing i encountered is it’s unusual parking cash collection counter, the cars hv to manoeuvre on very steep, narrow and circular path to exit , but when u are about to exit , u find cars queue as they hv to pay for parking , u ll stuck in the middle of it. It is requested to either install the counter in the basement itself where cars are parked or after the exit . Just at the exit is a bad choice.

It is a nice PVR. The best part I found was the Dolby speakers. The screen is okay. The management can be a bit better. The food is good and like every other PVR it's a bit expensive. Outside the PVR there is a local market also for food however beware as their might be monkeys around that area. Otherwise the outside area is good for photos. P.S since the picture was a 3D one the photo attached will appear blur.

Dedicated lifts from the basement parking straight to the theatre if you want to skip going through the mall. The multiplex premises was pretty clean and well maintained. The theatre was clean too but the seats don't recline. The cafeteria serves all the regular stuff and some small bites. Tried the cheese caramel popcorn and the mint mojito which was good. Tickets are decently priced.

A cool luxury mall with many amazing brands. It’s an old place where Chanakya theatre used to be there . It has been build very beautifully and we made. Vallet parking is available as well As normal parking. Very neat and tidy. It’s at adjacent to Yashwant palace . It has an amazing PVR . A must FOOD HALL at the basement a called MKT. Great place ! Been to Yashwant place a lot of times but was never able to see a movie here!! The interiors are well done and the place is very clean. Bathrooms are also very dated. We had a wonderful time here!! Kudos to the great staff as they cooperated with us while we came in batches!! We were 22 of us!! And they were really nice to us! Definitely recommended!

The location is off putting, but the place is really clean from the inside. This isn't a huge mall but has the feel of a great shopping complex. There are food stalls as you enter this place. Watching a movie here was comfortable. You have Chanel here if you want to explore the collection, comes with a waiting time if they have customers which is a drawback.

Best PVR by sound, ambience in delhi, and the mall in which it located is of best quality As this area is closed to the embassy of various country, so it is very expensive and has all brands store in it including rolex Price if pvr is same as all pvr almost, but the mall things is expensive But it is must to visit place in delhi

Wow! This place is amazing! The seats are quite comfortable, although they don't recline like in an Audi 3. The cinematic experience is truly wonderful, with clear sound and a helpful and polite staff. Moreover, considering the type of mall this cinema is located in, the ticket prices are reasonably affordable.

Theatre ambience is really nice and audio clarity and screen view is great as well(middle to back rows). Seats are quite comfortable and adequately cushioned. Food(though nice) is quite pricey, only thing which is not so good and can be worked upon. Else it's a very very good experience.

The place is located right next to the Chanakya mall. Parking is not an issue. There is a Bikanervala nearby that serves as both a convenient parking spot and budget friendly restaurant. However, the parking gets full by 12 pm. Early morning show goers, however, won't face such an issue.

It was a Nice Experience. Infrastructure and Sound Quality is really very Good. Theatre were Clean and Hygienic and So the Overall Place Was. Prices were Little Bit High for Food and Stuffs. Overall Good Experience, Though the Recliner were Bit Uncomfortable. But Must Try!!

I've watched Games Bond: No Time to Die in the PVR. It's a very wonderful place to watch movies with friends and love one. Nice environment are good. But I had expected more clean screen and clear sounds. However you can visit the place.

Nice experience , Dolby Atmos experience was extra ordinary but screen quality was not too good and was not up to mark as expected but overall this is one of the best PVR , I visited in a while and stall is too good and friendly

Wonderful place...you have a volet service as well it means just give a ring a few moments before coming out of the theatre and you will get your car parked right there in front of you which is so amazing and time efficient.

Now I have the experience of both before and after thetare. Old was classic and this one is masterpiece of modern time. Superb and beautiful interior and the experience of thetare is extremely superb. Like the sound quality.

It is a very beautiful pvr with couple of food carts around. There are parking facility in the backside of NDMC parking . There are several restaurants in one side. Also there are very good quality restaurants in the Mall.

One of the best places in the heart of the city to enjoy fine dining experience at the Chanakya Mall. Chanakya theatre has been facelifted way beyond imagination. Somehow the charm of 70mm of Old Chanakya is still missing.

Pretty comfy seats! I enjoyed watching movie in this theatre by chance I got a seat where the hand rest was broken otherwise it was a good experience tbh I loved mall's washrooms ! So clean, so hygienic …

The food that they provide is below average if compared with the money they charge. The burger was cold and bad in taste. The dumplings were soggy and Pepsi had no fizz and it was more ice cubes than the soft drink.

Great place i have visited on weekday and it's a bit empty other than that, the location was pretty good and the audio is a bit on the low-side may not have base on a action movie other than that its pretty good

The ambience was very good and calm i said. Easy to locate you may face some disturbance for parking if you had 2 wheeler although everything was cool and friendly. Anyone can feel good inside the theaters

Amazing premium movie hall in a beautiful setting. It’s inside a premium mall with top global brands . We had a good time . The seats can be better as they were not as comfortable.

Ok ok For a recently renovated theater, the seats are a disappointment. Don't recline and the seat space too is very narrow. For stick thin people, it could be just comfortable.

This PVR has an outstanding appearance. The audio is Dolby Atmos. The projection is great. The seats could be a little more comfortable. Staff is polite and kind.

Decently comfortable seats. They have 3 sections for seats. The top 3-4 rows are charged about ₹470 per person. The rows below them are charged ₹420 and ₹390.

Luxurious complex where one can buy some of the top brands, have world class meals, shop the best groceries and watch movies in the best theatre in town.

PVR is all time favorite. Wonderful ambience and courteous staff. Theater make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. This one is in center of Delhi.
