I had an off day on tour and had to get laundry done. I have been traveling for about 3 weeks and was last able to wash my clothes in Maui. I did the old Google search and Pablo's jumped off of the page with great reviews. How could I resist? An added bonus was the it was very close to our hotel. I grabbed my laundry bag, slung it over my shoulder, and headed towards Pablo's. Upon entering, I sized up the place fairly quickly and the gentleman (Pablo, I'm guessing) approached me and he offered up the most efficient way to get my laundry done. Sadly, I had no British pounds (US dollars, Euros, and a handful of credit cards). The machines need British coins. He grabbed a bag of coins, deposited them into my machine, got my laundry going, and instructed me to go to the cash machine (literally 2 doors down) to pay for my laundry. I had 2 weeks of laundry, probably 8 or so kilos and the total for everything was 15 pounds. Not terrible at all! I spent most of my time looking at all of the pictures on the walls and reading the descriptions. The hospitality was as good as it gets. It is refreshing when you get to interact with someone who is great at what they do and is so personable. I can't say enough great things.

This is the best place to do your laundry in Birmingham. The family owners are so welcoming and they don’t care who you are or what you look like, they still treat you with kindness. The washers and dryers are inexpensive and you can dry 3 loads of laundry in one dryer. This laundromat allows you to do your own laundry and they also have their own seamstress ready to help you. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and offered a cup of coffee. Another amazing thing about this place is the celebrities. The walls are covered with autographs of people ranging from Niki Minaj to Elton John, Ariana Grande and her crew and Chaka Khan. You never know who you might run into in Pablo’s. The owner is also very willing to show you his collection of autographs and concert tickets such as: autographs from Celine Dion, concert tickets to Niki Minaj, as well as The Who. The energy of the place is vibrant with kindness and the people are all very welcoming. I 10/10 suggest this laundromat for uses as it is the best one in Birmingham.

Pablo's is located in a row of shops. He works very hard and his online presence attracts a lot of people from other countries. It is important to understand the different services provided. -You can do your own laundry, in the normal way, staying with it, transferring it to the dryer right away so as not to impede the flow. Pablo provides the detergent, which is a huge boon to those of us who are travelling and who have not yet discovered Tru Earth laundry strips! -You can also request a service wash, it might b a good idea to call Pablo first about this regarding time and price. You can then leave your laundry with him to be done and come back at an arranged time to collect it. There is also dry cleaning. Pablo is very friendly and helpful, I was happy to do my laundry at his place, he is a great host, always busy but welcoming. Thank you

Despite that, he still allowed me to do my thing and even called for my taxi after I was done washing my clothes. Me and my boyfriend decided to come here as our washing machine broke down and was pleasantly surprised with the service. Excellent customer service, helping with temperatures and detergent etc (we don't go to laundrettes often). While we were waiting he recommended the Italian restaurant next door to sit and have a cup of coffee, which again we were very happy with. It was all done in near enough an hour (30 min wash 30 min dry) and walked away with with 3 loads of beautifully clean laundry. Will definitely come again if the need arises, lovely place!

Apart from the fact Pablo's Launderette is one of the very few launderettes you will find open after 5pm, their service is great. I was met with a pleasant welcome and willingness to help despite rushing in when the closing time was nearing. There is lots to look at. I was impressed at the number of celebrities who have used their service and their testimonials. It's pretty mush a gallery. You won't be easily bored whiles waiting. P.S. I think Theresa sings well. You could sing along and also enjoy th sweets they offer to their customers.

Can’t recommend this establishment enough! Took some large lounger cushions in. Clearly stated on the labels to sponge clean only but I wanted to risk them in the washer as they were quite stained. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, showing me how to use the machine and changing coins for me. He has a wall full of photos of celebrity customers but I felt treated like I was a star. Saw a few customers coming and going who all received the same warm welcome and attention. Very rare to find customer service like this these days.

I found Pablo's after a burst pipe ruined all my matts, towels and bedding over a weekend. I live around the corner, but had never needed a launderette before. A quick phone call around got me a quick answer, with flexible service and headed over to Pablo's with bags full of my ruined items. Less than 3 hours later, all my things beautifully clean, folded and wrapped in plastic to protect from the rain walking home. Highly highly recommend Pablo, not only for doing a stella job but for making me laugh on a terrible day! THANKS GUYS!

So, I needed a place to do laundry on my day off on the winger tour. I also play with Whitesnake, but David cancelled the tour. Anyway, I am out here with my wonderful band Winger here in the Uk, and I had such a great experience just DOING LAUNDRY!! Pablo’s laundrette is such a gem!!! They are so helpful and delightful. There is a great Italian restaurant with a bar next door, and you can go have a beer and a bite and throw Theresa a little extra and she will fold it for you!!! A great experience! This was a very FUN experience. Go here expecting more than a normal laundry trip! Pablo is super nice and he honestly was helpful. He is VERY funny and sweet. (A table to fold on would be good.) Dollars and cents: I had 3 large wash loads (5£ each), 1large dry load (I think we put in 3£, may have been 5£), detergent and softener was 3£. Total I spent was 21£ at laundry. I don't know how normal that is, but that's about $27US; which for 3 loads is a LOT. Pablo's prices were consistent with the only other laundry I found.

A women was serving my friend and I, as soon as we walked in the service was disgustingly negative. The whole experience was horrible and I would never visit this place again. The way she spoke to us was patronising and rude as if she was doing us a favour by using her services. In future she should work on her attitude and domineer as she has lost future customers and I will not be recommending this place to people in the area. However the clothes were washed good… service is terrible

We went to Pablo's Laundry to wash some clothes while on holiday. We arrived with no pounds and only euros and US currency, but Theresa let us use our credit card to get enough pounds to do laundry. She and her family were absolutely wonderful, and she went way above and beyond outstanding customer service. It's no wonder why so many celebrities have used their services when in this area. The business was modest, but the owners were one of a kind genuinely beautiful souled people.

I need a laundromat that opens on Sunday. Pablo was super nice and helpful. And apparently, lots of famous people has came here as well. I didn't have enough cash on me so he started the machines for me that way I can go to the ATM to pull out cash and save some time. (The ATM is just a door down). He provided the detergent and was super friendly. I would totally come again. The price is super reasonable as well. £5 for the washer and £1 per 8 minutes for the dryer.

Mejor imposible! Pablo is awesome! As soon as you get into the laundromat you know it's not going to be boring. Great music playing, then he comes out with a big smile and warm welcome. Helps you with whatever is needed, goes above and beyond. He has a great conversation, I now understand why he has so many pictures with famous people as he is really fun to be around! If you need to do laundry, you have to come here, it will be a great experience, guaranteed!

expensive launderette £ 5 for a standard wash prices range from £8-£10. The owner is a lovely chap but if the launderette is advertised as self service I would prefer to keep it that why instead of someone pouring my detergent for me. quality of wash wasn't great if I'm honest, normally go to the mosley washeteria , lovely place, clothes wash very well. Unless you're desperate and have a lot of cash to spend I wouldn't go here

I typically review food establishments, but this launderette deserves a 5 ⭐️. Here’s why: 1. Customer service is SUPERB! Pablo will make sure your needs are met, and he’ll go the extra mile for the customer. 2. Cheap and clothes come out soft. 3. Wall of fame to keep you busy while waiting for your clothes to finish. 4. Pablo’s such a nice guy, and he deserves only high ratings. (It was worth the 45 minute walk)

Absolutely the best and most friendly laudrette I have been to. Nothing was too much trouble, change provided, powder provided ( we forgot ours), super fast mashine wash 35mins. And alhough a same day service was was not available on a Sunday the owners offered to transfer our washing from mashine to drier while we ate lunch next door at a super Italian cafe. They even folded it

Couldn’t do enough - talked us out of a service wash and just helped us… Everything you’d get from a service wash (except the loading and unloading of the machines) but at coin-op prices. The clothes were washed properly. The customer service was awful and the woman serving me and my friend was absolutely rude. She was very patronizing and spoke down to us when we were unsure on how to use the equipment. I really didn’t want to spend a penny in a place where I did feel welcome. Please make it better for future customers please, I don’t want them to feel as down as me.

That was the very best laundry experience I have ever had! After loading a machine Theresa looked after the wash and drying of my clothes and directed me next door to the little Italian restaurant (which was also superb) to go eat and chill! When I came back all my clothes had been neatly folded back into the bag I brought them in. Fabulous service and highly recommended

Went here a couple weeks ago with my family and had a great experience! We were on holiday here from America and needed to go somewhere to wash our clothes, and this was a good choice! Pablo’s laundromat is fantastic! My washer/dryer broke and clothes were soaked. Although I tried air drying- it needed another clean while I waited for a new machine to be delivered. Pablo was welcoming and it was a seemingless experience doing my laundry. A cool amount of famous people have visited and he had great stories! Highly recommend.

Pablos laundry is a fabulous place the prices at the laundry are very reasonable and the machines wash great never had a problem yet and been attending this place for years Pablo helps everyone great chap and parking if you cannot park outside the shop there is a forecourt around the back of the shops for customer access.

Good powerful machines and you won't have any trouble with the quality of the wash or condition of washed clothes. The only main trouble is the owner who talks too much and irritates you most often. If you are lucky you will find a sweet lady in there who is really helpful and kind to you.

The guy that is there (I assume hes the owner) is friendly and likes to talk to you the entire time about the photos on his wall. If you like to go for peace and quiet look elsewhere but if you like to talk and get a good wash and dry then look no further than here.

Absolutely terrible place for dry cleaning. A complete rip off. They wanted me to pay £30 for dry cleaning a Tshirt because its “name brand”. When asked what’s special about the dry cleaning? They say what is special about the tshirt, you paid extra for that?

Very friendly guy and top service. I didn’t have to wait and he even took my staff into the dryer for me after washing. After 1 hour it was washed and dried. They are helpful with change and I payed when I was picking my laundry. I can fully recommend it.

Pablo Laundry is awesome. Pablo was super helpful and treated us like we were old friends. Baby girl shared a sweet smoke with us and gave us candy. We chatted with Pablo and it seemed like 5 minutes and our laundry was done. He even called a cab for us.

Had a medium service wash today. Quality ok but not the cost. £30! That's more than double what I've paid in other cities. Their van proudly exclaims 'service washes welcome'. At that price I'm not surprised. Will not be coming back.

This place is amazing. So friendly . There daughter greeted us with candy and the most precious smile in the whole world. Not only are they the laundry to to the stars but they made me and my wife Mishca feel like a star .

Highly priced compared to where it’s located. Parking is difficult. Really cluttered and dirty in there. Pictures of stars on the wall is cool but only know about two of them. I think this is how he justifies his prices.
