Thank goodness reason for calling them wasn't a fire,but door slamming shut,being above ground floor ,couldn't go through a window,I am 30 opp's mean 60 and never been locked out before,but have had to call them 3 times,as I had candle's burning ,they were so very kind,I felt awful calling them first time,second time,then third all in a year, i couldn't say sorry enough,but the guys that came,were so lovely,they laughed and even tho third time, I had keys my door wouldn't open,so the ladder was used, these guys are marvellous, us the public,can only imagine the horrors, they have seen doing this fantastically brave job,I now carry a key around my neck!!!! I think we should start a petition for a wage rise, what would we do without these guys?

Cannot thank you enough! Richard and Marv from the station green team rescued me off a highway when my car broke down. All the other cars were rushing pass at such high speed I didnt know what to do, was quite terrified actually, scared someone will hit me. They were going off duty when they drove pass, but they stopped and pushed my little Nissan micra to the side, and got it going again so I could at least get off the highway. Guys I don't know if you are reading this, ordered 2 big tins of Fountain and Mason chocolate biscuits to your station with a thank you note. Unfortunately the delivery guy said the gates are shut so they can't deliver. Do you have an opening time so I can get them to deliver again?
