It's a VERY small Sunday service, with the congregation sitting in a circle and taking turns reading from the liturgy. No singing of hymns today (there seems to be a schedule of which Sunday there will be singing). There was a sermon of sorts. They congregation is very welcoming and warm. If one is used to a traditional church with hymns and music and a sermon by a priest in the pulpit, this will be ..... different. My best takeaway from the experience is to cherish the traditional church-going experience while you can, because it is disappearing.

Paddington Uniting Church is a Venue-For-Hire. Formally called 'Eastside Music Cafe', it is now called "Eastside Arts". (Though this is in name only.) P.U.C. has 2 venues, a Church and a Hall, both of which are suitable for most types of events; from musical concerts, rehearsal space, lectures, fundraisers, weddings etc. As a 'venue-for-hire' the logistics of putting on the event is done by the Promoter or Hire

If you are a progressive Christian, this parish could serve you well! There is room for all people, people of different faiths, different sexualities, different economic status.. Whilst no Parish is perfect & Parish is for everyone, when im at this church i can see I can feel God's love!

Great church for this day and age. If you want a place with no judgement whatsoever. This is the place for you. After all, only god can judge us, we should never cast ANY stones.
