The staff were rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and impatient. The store was quiet and still, the sales assistant was extremely dismissive and rude. Not to mention that they were not abiding by the social distancing rules in place. They did not wear a mask inside, did not smile once, and seemed very unenthusiastic and unprofessional.

absolutely great staff, very knowledgeable and hilarious,the team is great. the stuff that jake puts in the stories on facebook are hilarious and makes you want to enter the store just to say Hi. and they like to give you a little freebie to make you a life time customer, a pick or a sticker, hopefully a guitar next time haha

The guys here are amazing, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. When the guitar I was looking at didn’t have the same price as advertised online, they even offered me a discount on my purchase without me having to ask for it. It’s SO good to have a local music shop run by these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Great local music store. Good prices and they have a ton of knowledge, always have a smile and are super friendly. Jake even did some brain storming worked out a string problem on the teenagers guitar. Grear music teachers with lessons for all ages and stages at a great price. Highly reccomend.

Great to see a new musical instrument store in Pakenham. A small shop space with a good range of guitars and effects, drum kits, keyboards and accessories. Friendly staff and willing to help source the right equipment for beginners through to advanced musicians.

Git ky guitar restrung here and a 1/4 size for my son. They were happy to let my kids explore and enjoy instruments on display. Can't recommend these guys enough.
