Very quick response to any requirements that we have . My first itinerary was given in a day , and my requirements were accomodated with a very new itinerary in no time. The driver was well informed of what we wanted to visit, and no place was skipped, Infact we visited additional places as suggested by driver. I travelled to Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Krabi with my family through Palak online and travels. They arranged cheap flight tickets and good hotels. Also they arranged proper Indian food at places where there is difficulty in finding Indian food. Looking forward to book through them again sometime.
