Geachte heer/mevrouw, Na een lang proces afgehandeld te zijn met betrekking tot het brengen van mijn colbert bij dit filiaal van Palthe te Rotterdam, ben ik echter genoodzaakt om deze review te gaan plaatsen. Ik ben namelijk zeer ontevreden met betrekking tot deze dienstverlening van mijn Hugo Boss colbert (zie bijlage van het resultaat) en wil u graag ervoor behoeden en attenderen hierop alert te zijn. In de bijlage ziet u namelijk dat de naden opgetrokken zijn, dat mogelijk is gekomen door onprofessioneel strijken. Jammer, want deze stomerij staat volgens de website voor kwaliteit en service. Ik vind dat hierin verbetering moet komen. Daarnaast wil ik u als klant erop attenderen dat u niet klakkeloos de woorden van deheer Danish(eigenaar van dit filiaal) moet geloven in het geval u een geschil aangaat (bij klantontevredenheid) en het reglement goed moet nagaan. Uit mijn negatieve ervaring is Deheer namelijk niet goed op de hoogte van het reglement en is Deheer mogelijk van plan om de kosten(gedeeltelijk) door te bereken voor een informele beoordeling bij Netex Care, terwijl dat nooit in het officiële reglement is weergegeven. Als producent vind ik dat dit een verbeterpunt moet zijn naar de consument toe om niet nog meer het vertrouwen te schaden. Al in al is naar mijn mening Deheer géén volwaardige specialist en vind ik dat dit filiaal geen aanwinst is voor het concern Palthe vergeleken met andere filialen in Nederland. Naar mijn mening zijn namelijk nogal wat verbeterpunten nodig in kwaliteit en service. Met vriendelijke groet.

Laatst mijn jas naar palthe gebracht om te laten stomen. Deze heb ik verkleurd en een maat kleiner terug gekregen. Bovendien zitten er vlekken aan de binnenkant die er eerst niet zaten. Toen ik ze hierop attendeerde werd er nogal onverschillig gereageerd. Hij vond het maar vervelend dat er klachten kwamen en het zou 'niet goed voor de naam zijn'. Ondanks dat de schade van de jas aanzienlijk groot was, moet ik eerst door de mangel gehaald worden door er een externe partij naar de jas te laten kijken, waar 3 weken overheen zou gaan. Alles behalve klantvriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. 1 keer en nooit meer ...

I was basically scammed here. DON'T GO! Asked for ironing and folding my shirts (to pack them in my suitcase for a business trip). Ge said they have to be cleaned, I said ok. 3 days later I go to pick them up and he just hand-folds them infront of me. When I asked for proper folding, he said they don't do it and refused to refund me. I can easily tell this wasn't the first time he's done this too. A star because it's the minimum, absolutely not earned or deserved.

Dure stomerij met slechte service. Recentelijk mijn pak laten stomen maar het is niet heel nauwkeurig gedaan. Verder kreeg ik ook nog eens een pak van iemand anders mee. Als ik zelf niet zo oplettend was geweest dan waren er nu twee klanten ontevreden. Toen ik de medewerker hierop attendeerde werd er nauwelijks op gereageerd. Het werd afgedaan alsof het de normaalste zaak van de wereld was dat de medewerker het verkeerde kledingstuk mee gaf.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Palthe Stomerij and Laundromat Rotterdam Centrum to anyone in need of professional and top-notch cleaning services. An efficient launderette, good service. Costs are fair, considering Rotterdam: 14 Euro for doing laundry yourself including detergents. If you want to leave and come back in three hours, it costs 19. I chose the latter, got some hot chocolate and wandered about. Three hours later, received my clean laundry which was still warm and with great fragrance. Owner was super nice!

Na drie jaar mijn winterjas te hebben gedragen, heb ik hem eindelijk laten stomen. Ze hebben fantastisch werk geleverd en de jas als nieuw laten lijken. Het is ook belangrijk op te merken dat ze het in de toegewezen 3 dagen afmaakten. Ik ben tevreden en zou zeker aanbevelen om Palthe Stomerij en Laundromat Rotterdam Centrum te gebruiken voor uw stomerijbehoeften.

It has become our favorite place. Very good location in the center of Rotterdam. It is close to our hotel. We go from Bleiswijk. We take the opportunity to wash our clothes and rest. The man is kind and educated. You can wait having a coffee in the nearby restaurants or come back later. Your clothes await you folded, completely dry and in bags. I recommend it

I'm from the united states in the Netherlands for work, I found this laundromat on google maps. The service I recieved for the price was better then what the hotel I was staying was going to charging me, I dropped off laod of laundry, they washed and folded the clothes load and had it ready for me to pick up in less time then expected.

Excellent service and value! Whenever I am in Rotterdam for any amount of time, this is where I bring my laundry. It's close to Central Station so it is usually within walking distance of my hotel. I drop off my laundry on Saturday morning and pick it up later that afternoon. Friendly, good service and good prices!

WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER. ALL OF THE CLOTHES ARE NOW UNWEARABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SMALL. WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED SPECIAL ATTENTION AND PAY A FEE OF 18€ FOR THAT AND NOW EVERYTHING IS TOO TIGHT AND TOO SMALL. THEY DID NOT AND TOLD ME IN THE AFTERMATH THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE AVOID !!!!!!

Ik kom hier al decennialang. Voorheen zat het in de Aert van Nessstraat, naast mijn kantoor. Inmiddels is mijn kantoor naar buiten Rotterdam verplaatst, en is Palthe dichter bij mijn huis gekomen. Perfect Nooit problemen gehad, altijd perfect gestoomd en op tijd klaar.

I just Picked up my suit and Shirt. The service was good. My suit was well cleaned and pressed. My shirt was dirty when I brought it. They have made good clean. Fair people with passion for their work. Bad points: The shop is not very visible. I give them 5 star.

Ben al jaren klant en ben super tevreden. Personeel is vriendelijk en als er wat is wordt ik gebeld. Ook is er altijd tijd voor een praatje. Maar vooral: kleding is altijd schoon en mooi gestreken/geperst. Kledingreparaties worden ook prima gedaan.

１週間ほどの滞在の際に利用しました。お店の方は商売をやる気のある（笑）とても良い方です。 金額はセルフサービスで、洗濯/乾燥/洗剤/柔軟剤で€14でした。温度設定をどのくらいにするかだけお店の人に伝えればそれで機械の操作はやってもらえます。洗濯→乾燥の移動や、畳むところまでお願いすることも+€4ほどでできるようです。 日本の感覚からするとコインランドリーとしては高いですが、慣れない土地で不安なく洗濯できたので僕としては満足でした。

The staff was super kind and helpful and explained everything. It's €14 for you to do it yourself or €20 for them to wash and dry. My clothes where in great shape after the drying. I'll be coming back.

We used Palthe yesterday and the operator/owner was absolutely fantastic! Cannot recommend him high enough and his prices were reasonable. Also the talk/chat alone was worth it. A great guy.

학회 참석을 위해 6일간 체류하는 동안 이용했어요. 속옷과 양말 반팔티와 긴바지 등등을 세탁하는데 세탁, 건조, 세제, 섬유유연제 등 모든 것이 포함된 금액 19유로를 지불했어요. 3시간 후 찾으로 갔을 때 세탁물들이 다 잘 정리되어있었고 만족해요. 뜨거운물로 하지말아달라고 하니 잘 셋팅도 해주셨고요 만족합니다.
