First of all I really appreciate the way Pooja and her team have built a brand. The quality, ambience and comfort is unmatchable. Looking at overall salon, customers would think that services must be costly but they have kept it very pocket friendly and as per market standards. Even after providing the best services they did not add up extra or hidden charges. In many salons I have seen the staff taking the liberty of the salon in the absence of the owner, but the staff is so genuine that they always understand each other and instead of loading up with services they accept the order as per staff's availability which is commendable. Also, those kind girls never try to give unwanted advice or sales pitches as we can see in other salons. They always recommend what is the best way to maintain healthy hair or skin that only if we ask. Another kind gesture is you trust your customer so well that you know they'll pay you and you never run behind them or send any reminder. It's a privilege to be your customer. Girls never show hurry or disappointment when they're getting late, they wait patiently till the last appointment. You all have managed it so well. You're a good example of being an entrepreneur. I opted for hair smoothening and after the entire session was done, my hair looked fabulous. It looked flat till the first hair wash but after that they looked bouncy and full of volume. She used a very light chemical because of which my hair looks healthy. The straightening is not very obvious. The ends of my hair are wavy which I totally love. Thankyou panache and team. Great experience. Strongly recommend.

I had my smoothing done from this salon and I’m extremely happy with the results i got. Best part was they had offers running for hair treatments and i got lucky to avail that offer. I wasn’t sure if I’ll get the expected results if i go during offers but trust me the staff efforts was much more than what one could have paid for… Indeed a best experience… surely recommended for all beautiful ladies out♥️♥️

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Kavita provided an excellent haircut, taking care of my expectations and making me look fabulous. Her manicure and face cleanup were top-notch, and the massage was so relaxing. Plus, Sakshi did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and the massage was just what I needed. I highly recommend their services!

It was the first time that I was getting a professional makeup done and was worried that it might not look good on me. Pooja explained in detail about the tones that would suit me. The look turned out to be very good and I got a lot of compliments as well. The salon has a good ambience and is comfortable as well.
