I went to store to ask if I can fix my bracelet young girl check the computer and said it’s under warranty so I wait to fix then I asked for cleaning so I left the bracelet for an hour and went back the other stuff short and brown hair brought the bracelet from the back and try to put in my hand but the bracelet braked again and she said because you don’t have the charm safety that’s why it’s happening she forced me to buy the safety charm and when I said what I have to do for bracelet she said might be it’s not under warranty because you don’t have charm safety but I asked the other stuff and she said no you can bring anytime then I asked can you please tell me until when I have warranty so if the next day again happen i know I have warranty or no she try to find in the computer but she couldn’t she even don’t know how to work with computer she asked other stuff and couldn’t find it anyway I said you forced me to buy the charm safety and said if you don’t have that they won’t accept warranty she was force seller and very poor customer service and angry face I never come back to this store

I went to Castle Hill pandora to exchange the bracelet due to size that I bought during promotion(spend $150 get free bracelet). I went after the promotion was finished.The girl in the store refused to exchange without even checking the stock in the system. A week after, I went to another pandora and they checked in their system and told me that Castle Hill has 5 bracelets in stock. I called Castle Hill store and asked for exchange. The staff named Mandy said they don’t have any in stock. I said that I know you guys have in stock because I checked with another store. She still denied. I asked her to send an email to me saying that we don’t have any bracelets in stock. Already been one week still waiting for the email from Castle Hill. Castle Hill is my local store, but now after this worst experience I would rather travel a bit to spend my money at Pandora where I will get best customer service and support. I would never recommend Castle Hill store to anyone.

1) Sales assistant nearly didn’t serve me because she thought I just walked in when I had already been waiting and standing in line behind 3 other customers. 2) Because her iPad wasn’t working to process the “click and collect” order, she decided to share that it’s a lot easier to come in and buy in the store than do “click and collect” as though it was such an inconvenience for her that I had chose that option. Then said, if the iPad doesn’t work I can’t pick up my order, meaning I’ve wasted my time. 3) Now the iPad works and she pulls out a grey rectangle tub full of stock that looked like a mess. The bags weren’t even organised or clearly identifiable so she could find my order easily. 4) Lucky she checked the size of the ring before giving me my order because it was the wrong size.

Careless staff and horrible customer service, came here to exchange an item only to be given a used one (saw staff take it out of the cabinet where you try on items), after asking the staff blatantly lied to my face saying “yeah it’s new” when clearly it wasn’t! Had to go back into the store and find a new staff member who was equally poorly trained and ended up giving a new ring but this time forgetting to put back into the bag the warranty certificate and proof of genuine product so now I don’t have any of those. This store is by far the worst pandora store and if you want to have a good experience do not come here.

Had a really good experience with a staff member (young female in her low to mid 20s with brown long ish hair). She was super friendly and offered to help me quickly after I entered the store. When I was looking at the jewellery, she offered helpful advice and was really patient with me as I decided on what to get. She was also very careful with everything and took the time to explain things well to me. Based on her service alone, and the general cleanliness and setup of the store, I’d recommend Pandora at Castle Towers!

I couldn’t commend Phyl from Castle Towers enough on her excellent customer service! I came in looking for a gift for my mums birthday, I was nervous as I didn't have a large budget to spend but still wanted something meaningful and personal that my mum can keep forever. Phyl was kind and patient in helping me pick out the perfect gift. I will definitely be back and recommend this store to anyone who wants great customer service!

I was in the store on Monday afternoon, looking for a bracelet for my mum. Linda came to me with smile. Linda was approachable and also suggest options on what other bracelets in the store. She was patient and not pushy at all, she gives us time to think if we want to go ahead. I am glad I met her and bought the bracelet for my mum. Thank you Linda. Laura was the lovely lady who served me .I have got charms from this store and can understand all negative reviews from other staff on the website . Laura displayed a nice level of knowledge and customer service and had 1 cleaned … I have 2 full sets of pandora and the Laura was friendly and helpful ….a lot of things come down to experience and younger staff I find may not be as patient …

Although I have been in several Pandora shops with friends, I have never made a purchase until Saturday. I was very impressed from my original phone query to my purchase. They were very very busy and had a line up at the door owing to restrictions re Covid. The staff were very professional ,smiling and just great. Good to see , under current circumstances.

I had a very good experience at Pandora castle towers yesterday with Elaine from the team who was so courteous and friendly not to mention very accommodative to my requests. She went above and beyond to really show how much best customer service means to her. Thank you Elaine Really appreciate your efforts and Keep up the good work

Late Thursday night my partner snuck there and the ladies working cleaned my 10+ year old pandora bracelet to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! Half of the beads were gifts from my recently deseased father so I can't thank you enough ladies! Brought tears to my eyes to see it restored! Thank you!

I have been a Pandora customer for 7 years now, and I have never felt more apart of a store than I do when I walk into castle towers. All the girls are super friendly, very bubbly and always willing to keep the customer happy. I recommend castle towers to all my family and friends

Very rude and terrible staff. I was served by Laura, Maddisson and Kate and all 3 ladies had terrible attitude. Kate especially seemed to have a condescending attitude and made me feel like I do not know anything about jewellery. Terrible environment.

Staff were rude! Not a welcoming store at all, they're happy to sell you something, but when it breaks or needs adjusting they don't want to know you! They try and send you to other stores because they don't want to deal with it!
