Me and my mum came into the fountain gate store which we visit often. We had earlier that day gone into the Cranbourne store and placed something on hold at the Fountain Gate store. There was a little bit of a wait to get in which we understand due to Christmas, we were quick and knew exactly what we wanted as we knew you were busy and didn't want to hold others up. Last minute we decided to purchase a pair of earring as a christmas gift while also picking up a pendant for a retirement gift for mums work. We were served by Alana. We told her multiple times that the pendant we were picking up was a retirement gift and the earrings were a christmas gift, when it came to pay my mum asked for both items to be payed for separately and for a receipt of the pendent as she wanted to use to receipt for her work to pay for it. We wanted both items on different receipts because the earring were for a christmas present for the boss who which we had to give the receipt too for the retirement gift. We were then given a receipt with both items on it. We explained this to Alana and she went and spoke to one person for a moment and came back and told us there was nothing she could do. It was more they way she went about the situation, we felt as though she put in minimal effort to try and fix the solution, in which now the lady who we intended to gift the earrings too will now know how much we spent. Mum and I didn't leave very happy with the service and after being told twice nothing could be done, when we felt like something could have been to resolve the issue.

I went to Pandora Fountain Gate as my daughters Pandora braclet and charm had broken which I purchased only 6 months ago. I was served by a friendly staff member named Eve she was absolutely amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge about the Pandora products. Eve had absolutely amazing customer service skills and was working with a passion and in the intrest of satisfying her customer and resolving the problem. It wasn’t about getting the customer in and out of the store but we worked together to working out what had caused these issues. She provided me with so much valuable information which I was never told about when I purchased my jewellery. If I had known this information, I could have potentially avoided my products in deteriorating in quality and breaking down. I walked out of the Pandora store extremely satisfied with my braclets and charms being exchanged, a few new charms, charm stoppers and cleaning products. I will definitely be going back in the future to buy more products as I recieved service which was above my expectations. Thank you so much for your time and patience!

Lovely customer service I did purchase the new link necklace in silver I love how some of the links open as soon as I purchases I had to by something to hang off a link so I chose the turtle with blue stone I adore pandora I also collect a lot of the retired jewellery they made , it makes for a good combination great store great experience I did note as I don't dress like I'm well to do I get less attention In store that happened at fountain gate the attendant also would not listen to what I was requesting shr assumed straight away I wanted the cheapest version of the necklace . That was a bit disappointing but the attendants at Melbourne Central they were absolutely perfect

I've been here a lot to pick up a gift for the wife. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. But its a shame when you get your braclet clean that the wife did they take the box she has kept it in and state she never had one. They drop the braclet into a pouch which it was very poor of them to do and you could not keep it in a place where you can guarantee it will be protected. You dont spend over a $1500 on items and for them to treat it like a piece of junk. Very disappointed. Why i have now changed the rating down from 5 stars to 3. Might have to look at buying her jewelry from other jewelers.

Lovely , elegant and sparkling. If you are into this famous brand of jewelery then this is the "IT" place to come. Sales persons are very happy to spend as much time with you making sure you're happy with the piece ,or pieces you choose. If it's for a gift the lucky person will be able to exchange, (KEEP THE RECEIPT,) and they will gift wrap it , if not for a lucky someone you will walk out with an elegant bag anyway.The shop can be very busy at times and staff will kindly ask you to make a queue , but this only usually happen during sales. A+++

Apparently I am invisible. I stood in the store for around 15 to 20 minutes only to be ignored. The first girl who was free approached someone who just walked in, they had a quick question, about using a New Zealand gift card in an Australian store so let it go. Then without even asking who was next she proceeded to assist more people who had walked in after me. So I walked out. I then went back in to scan the QR code to give feedback about today’s experience. It links to Tuggerah store in NSW I will never go in there again

I’m not a review person but the service here is so atrocious that I want to! Twice now I have attempted to purchase from this store. Staff were so rude and did not even acknowledge myself or my mother on either occasion. After standing there for almost 20 minutes while watching 3 young girls attempt to put through a payment for a gentleman who looked so over it he was about to tell them not to worry we also left. As did another 2 people standing next to us. Lovely products. Staff let this store down. Honestly don’t bother.

Blown away by the lovely ladies Eve and Arpita at the Westfield fountain gate store. Went in to purchase a ring for myself and enquire about a ring of my daughters which we brought a few years back as the plating was chipping, Eve explained that it was mosy likely due to not cleaning the ring properly. She was full of knowledge and we walked away with a beautiful new ring for myself aswell as an exchanged ring and of course the Pandora cleaning kit. Couldn't thank them enough for their kindness

Worst customer service ever. Rude management , happy to sell but when it comes to cleaning there machines are always not working and they try to send you to other stores Why should I drive around to and put others under stress when I paid over $2k to buy from fountain gate store . This should be their responsibility Don’t shop at fountain gate pandora if you want to be happy with your purchase Never going back there and will advise all my family and friends not to shop there ever Thanks

The girls and the service is always good here. They are very patient as there is so much to look at and they never make you feel like it's a bother. Big thanks to Emma, today I had to swap a bracelet my partner bought for me who she happened to have served as well. He also said Emma was great and had been awesome. I think it's good when you do a great job and it's acknowledged that it was worth getting out of bed to go to work and you are very appreciated for your efforts. So thank you!

Stopped by tonight to get some Christmas presents. The store was quite busy due to Black Friday sales but the queue moved fairly quickly. The girls were all working really hard, but not pressuring customers to rush and decide quickly. Chloe was absolutely lovely, great customer service skills. She was so patient and kept apologising for the wait to get into the store. It was worth the wait to get such amazing service. Thanks for an awesome experience

Eve was an absolute gem today at Fountain Gate. She took the time to clearly explain everything about Pandora jewellery, how to clean, care, store and mix-n-match to get the most out of our new accessories. Eve took the time to understand each of my girls interests and characteristics and continued to show various items to complement their personalities. Exceptional customer experience.

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating whilst trying to find the perfect bracelet for my 7 yr old. I also showed a picture of some earrings I saw on the website which my mum bought me for my birthday the staff member was able to locate them straight away and also offer an alternative that I may like. I am very happy with the service and cleanliness of the store.

I came in to the store yesterday as one of my Pandora rings had lost a gem. Eve and Shan were so helpful in getting me a new ring straight away and setting me up with a new Pandora account (as mine wasn’t working). They had so much patience and were willing to take the time to resolve my problem. I was very impressed with their customer service. Thanks girls!

Chloe at Pandora Fountain Gate is AMAZING!! The clasp on my hanging charm wasn't closing properly. I brought it into store. Chloe offered either to repair, replace or reimburse. Chose to have it replaced. She arranged the replacement charm from another store and called me back as promised to keep me updated. That's what I call amazing!! Thank you Chloe ❤

Went there with the Mrs to buy a couple of items and the service was second to none very impressed, rhianna I believe was the name of the staff that served us so thank you to her for the help ,but even while I was just waiting I could hear the rest of the staff with their customers and they all gave their customers and outstanding service...

Wonderful customer service yesterday, everyone at the store was lovely. We had Alanna serve us and we swapped and tried many different styles, she knew sizes and once she had got to know our preference guided us to find our perfect ring, or should I say rings. Thank you Alana, like the moth to the light it’s me with the bling.

Went to collect a “click and collect”. After waiting for 40 mins and others ahead of me, I just walked off. What a waste of my time. The-attitude:seems to be to focus on those currently buying and those who have already paid can get stuffed. I want my money back and will go anywhere else!

Today we visited to return items that were purchased just a week ago, the store in charge “Shan” was such a rude sales Rep. the moment we mentioned return, her expression on the face was from cold to frown, she needs a good sales induction to be polite to customers and talk with decency.

Great service, nothing is any trouble when I asked for or needed help and the staff were very friendly and gave prompt and efficient service. Very happy with my purchase as I only buy Pandora jewellery now for quality, style, variety of jewellery styles and pieces and value for money.

I love!! First time for me to create personalised bracelet Pandora, with the help of Zana, lovely lady that has amazing customer service. I'm so in love with my Pandora, and it is very addictive when you know what you want. Very happy with my bracelet & charms, they look fabulous.

Work ethic here needs to improve. Staff make no effort to ‘say hello’ and you end up waiting around until one of them has the decency to ask if you want to buy something. If this is how it’s gonna be than maybe put in some self serve checkouts so we can do the job ourselves.

Busy at the moment, Need to see a Much Better Exchange policy, especially when buying gifts in advance 1 month is not good enough, very poor. I do like a number of the products, especially some of the themed items which look great, just a bit over priced for what you get.

I've been coming to this store for years, always the best customer service especially from Chloe she has been me go to person since day one I'd like to think we have become good friends as well, I never leave disappointed with what I have bought 5 stars well deserved.

Great service from Nicole. Popped in for a cleaning and repair, I just assumed with the long wait times and not purchasing anything in retail, I'd be treated as a burden, but Nicole was super lovely and accommodating, obviously displaying wonderful customer service

Good pleasant and helpful team members trying their best to serve during Covid Normal. Shop was clean and well presented, a little short on stock but to be expected due to Covid rushes on reasonable priced items. Would recommend shopping there all the same.

I’ve always had a positive experience shopping at Pandora in Fountain Gate. I’ve purchased for friends and family here, and often need assistance in finding something to fit a certain theme or style, and the staff here are just so helpful and friendly

Raihana helped me today here at the store, couldn't fault her at all she was very helpful super nice and very funny, i found she made my shopping experience fun and would definitely shop here again as i found it to be a pleasant experience for myself!

Went in to see if I could get my rings repaired as the bottom half looked like it was losing the plate/coating, turned out they just needed a good clean. The lady who served me was amazing. Thank you you made my day!
