Disgusting and highly unprofessional!!! Walked into the Maribynong Pandora (Highpoint) store today looking for a gift for my niece. Found a bracelet I thought my niece would like so I decided to buy it. The young man took it to the register and I was then served by a young girl. She asked me if I wanted to purchase a gift box for $6. I told her that a regular box would do. She proceeded to place the bracelet in a small charm box. I told her that the bracelet was a gift and that that tiny box was not appropriate for a bracelet. She then said that they had run out of the regular bracelet boxes and that I would have to pay for the other box she tried to sell me earlier. I asked her if she could throw in the box as they had run out of the the regular ones. She told me she had to speak to her manger and went into the back room. Shortly after she came out with a box saying she had found a spare box in the back. She placed the bracelet in this newly found box. The bracelet was loose as the box had no fastening bits. The bracelet was just swimming around loosely in the box. I asked the girl if I could look at the box as it didn’t seem right. Upon inspecting the box, I noticed that It was all scuffed and marked. (It was an old/second hand/used box!!!) I pointed that out and said that the box was in no way appropriate and that it was not presentable. To my shock the girl grabbed the bracelet and placed it in the original tiny charm box (the one she initially tried to put the bracelet in). I then told the girl that I no longer wanted the bracelet and that she had just lost a sale and walked out. I still cannot believe how she tried to fool me! I was astonished at her total lack of professionalism. Shame on you Pandora!!! I am so disgusted with the way I was treated and had the extra purchase of a box pushed on me! Absolutely and utterly deceitful and disgusting!!!

Wow after reading the reviews here it looks like it really does vary depending on the staff on the day. Look I admit I have only ever bought Lovisa costume jewellery but I wanted something a bit more real, so I went into all the jewellery stores in HP. It was 36degc day so I was just in tank and shorts, no makeup and I think that's why I was ignored in at least two stores. However when I walked into Pandora I was greeted and was given space when I said I wanted to browse... So glad I did, because I didn't know Pandora had other things besides those charm bracelets... And I wanted a ring. Sales assistant was able to kindly assist me later on with size and picking out my first Pandora product, introduced to their membership and got 15% off because it's my birthday as well. What are the odds I was there to treat myself. Thank you for being approachable I am bummed for not remembering your name. It just made the jewellery buying experience not as daunting as I had anticipated. I will be back for sure. This is the balance retailers need to get right ... Allow people to browse and be there to assist (not push).

The most unprofessional service I've ever received. Manager Fatema refused to escalate my issue and told me her manager isn't available, insiting she knew what she was talking about. I was left and other customers tended to once she knew I was after a refund. Furthermore, I was told that ACCC and their policy states that a refund has to be made only on the exact same card, ending with the same 4 digits used to purchase. With a store full of customers, she insisted that it states this on the ACCC website but she had "no time to show it to me in writing"....I showed her the ACCC website, that clearly states "refunds are to be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same FORM as your original receipt". This clearly means the FORM OF PAYMENT must be the same, eg. Cash purchases refunded as Cash, Mastercard refunded as MasterCard etc. Absolutly disgusted by her lack of knowledge and lack of care, showing the only thing of significant importance was her "transactional goal". Great when you're spending money absured when you're rerurning items.

This individual was a blonde woman with glasses who seemed as though to be the one in charge. I don’t understand how this behaviour is acceptable considering this store is a relatively high end with a customer base who are usually in need of support as to throughly consider their purchases. Although some of the staff were lovely these interactions with seemingly “more experience,” left a very bad taste in my mouth. However knowing the types of people working here, this comment will also probably be neglected.

The staff Reece was very professional, friendly and excellent customer service Reece. As I'm in love with Pandora collection, I was having difficult time to find my own ring size as i have big hands. I went to Chadstone and Woodgrove branches, however, they couldnt find my ring size except Reece. He didnt need to measure my finger ring, all he asked was taking a look at my hands for less than 5 second, he already know my ring size. I was amaze of how professional he is, therefore I didnt hesistate to purchase the products straight away. I have been with Pandora for 4 years and have spent quite a lot money on my collections, however other place never suggested me to register with them except Reece. I'm very satisfied with the service and products today. I definitely will come back to this store for more ring collection.

I had an awful experience at Pandora recently which was upsetting considering the fact that the family were in high spirits during the holiday season. One of the workers (J***a) was very rude to us during this visit, rushing us constantly despite the store not being busy (i.e. no queue) and sighing noticeably to our discomfort. When I inquired about a certain charm I sighted on the other side of the store, she asked which one and arrogantly mentioned that she'd know which one I was talking about when I asked her to show her in the display cabinet (she didn't). Overall, it felt like my presence was uninvited and I'm in no rush to return if this is the service that passes.

I came into Pandora the other night and was greeted by Angelica. I had a ring from Pandora with some heavy sentimental value that was gifted and unfortunately broke- but she was understanding and happy to replace it for me under the warranty. Sure, it's a standard procedure to replace things under warranty, but she was so warm, bubbly and understanding of my situation, and offered a replacement in a heartbeat when I thought I had no hope of getting it repaired, especially as it was a gift. I am so grateful for her kindness and how she went above and beyond, and I hope Pandora knows they have a wonderful soul working with them. Thank you so much Angelica! <3

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff! I was originally served by Alisha who was extremely rude and refused to show me some products. Despite this I purchased a few items and upon returning home I noticed that I had been overcharged by $20 for an item. Upon returning to the store a staff member, Fatema, rudely agreed to refund this amount and was not at all apologetic despite this being the stores fault. I was also handed a purchased item in a zip lock bag and asked for a box as this was a gift, however, was told that was not possible and that I should gift the item in a plastic bag. Absolutely disgusting customer service on display.

Was served by Alisha today, yes it was 10pm store was open to 11pm, at first she was nice but as I tried to make a decision of what I wanted she started to get inpatient and not so friendly. I chose what I wanted but then had the opportunity to look around and found something I liked more, then her attitude got even more cold, kept checking her phone to see the time and was rude at check out. I was so tempted to walk out and not buy anything Don't put staff on who don't want to work, you are lucky to still have a job. Such an uncomfortable experience

I would just like to say Thank you to Reece as I came in on the 15th of December not having a clue as to what I needed and he was a massive help. He knew what size my finger was just by looking at it. He knew exactly what I needed for a present and within 15 minutes I had a whole heap of stuff and ready to go. Excellent customer service excellent sales skills and the friendliest person I have Ever met. Thank you Reece for making everything so easy for me and you have one happy customer here. Will only be shopping there from now on.

I came in at 4:55pm, wanting to buy myself something to celebrate a new beginning. This wonderful lady called "Joy" patiently explained the various rings and what they each meant. I was so moved and thankful for her sensational work and her professionalism! I would like to thank Pandora Highpoint for employing such wonderful staff members that are caring, kind, patient and compassionate!! Thank you team Pandora Highpoint! Thank you Joy for blessing my new life!! I will definitely be back soon after lock down to shop more!!

Very unprofessional and rude staff who did not acknowledge myself nor my partner in the 10 minutes we were in the store. Despite having 5 staff members working, only one other customer being served already in store. However, when other people entered the store they were greeted accordingly. I can't help but think it's because we were dressed in leggings/shorts and sweaters. A staff member even grabbed a folder/clipboard right next to us on two occasions, where we were browsing and yet not even a look over/acknowledgement.

Lined up in the cue just like everyone else and my boyfriend and i were waiting to be served but instead they served multiple people before us and didn’t even acknowledge us! We didn’t think too much of it at the start so we just went for a look around in the shop, then when we were still waiting they walked right past us, ignored us and couldn’t even crack a smile! We waited for almost 20minutes and we’ve left to go to watergardens pandora- better service with nicer people. Be more kind and attentive next time.

The worst shopping experience! I queued the long line under the sun and just because I move to the line under the shade before being asked, they asked me (a pregnancy woman with kid and old mom) to queue again. The worse is the people in front of me didn’t realize that I queued just behind her in long time. The way they just judged the Asian people made me deeply sad. I will never do shopping in Pandora store anymore. If I need to buy, it is better buy online.

Shout out to Hanane who went above and beyond to help us with a warranty inquiry. After losing complete faith in Pandora (caused by Pandora Watergardens previously), today - faith has been restored. She was professional, super helpful the options on how to fix our bracelet and was patient as she worked with us to locate our digital receipt. We only intended to rectify the bracelet but ended up happily spending more because of her. Continue the great work!

What a nightmare of a place! After waiting over an hour in line I was finally served picked my item and then I had to wait again for my name to be called.. that took another half an hour! It’s not the workers fault it’s the system that is put in place. Have more workers on 2 people that are quick on registers and the rest serving.you could be making more money but I saw about 20-30 people wanting to buy leave. A booking system needs to be implemented.

Absolutely disgusting effort. They have had my ring for repairs since Easter week and fail to answer their phone. I was told it was going to take a few weeks to repair. I then waited two months, went in to the store to see if it was there and the sales person told me it still hadn’t arrived because of the public holidays. Come today I still haven’t received my ring. It’s July 4th..

I ordered an bracelet and come to store pick up today, omg, an training staff gave me the bracelett on the zipped bag, no box, no bag, nothing. The $100 bracelet feels like an $4 one on ebay to me . When I asked the girl can I have the white box like I nornally have when I shop at store, she just give me a small bag :)). Very disapointed

Was served by a lady named Jackie. Really lovely person and was so helpful. Great experience with her. Only downside is the non stop pestering when you are trying to read the catalogue or look around. I understand it’s their job but had around 5 different staff ask me if I wanted help in about 2 mins of walking in to the store.

I enjoy shopping and have been all over the World, but this by far is one of the worst experience I've come across. Kaitlin the manager, was rude, arrogant and offensive in the way she was addressing me and displayed awful judgmental behaviour towards my colegue and I. Customer service ZERO!

Ideally located at highpoint shopping centre, Pandora offers a broad selection of Jewelry in a shop that is very trendy and brightly lit. Sraff are friendly and the ambience very relaxed, should you decide to buy or btowse.

AJ staff member is really helpful and knowledgeable. There is always a wait at Pandora so be patient. Did you know some Pandora items can be mended for free. It can take 6 weeks but great service . Thanks AJ.
