Last week I inquired with your sales girls about my pandora bracelet. I told her the clasp had broken off. I was told by your sales representative that all i needed to do was to bring the bracelet and they would happily exchange it for one that is the same or similar to it. Today i went back into the store I was told by Christina (assistant manager) that I couldnt exchange the bracelet without a receipt. I am upset because the store is failing to commit to their word. Also, the fault lies with the first customer representative for giving me misleading information.

1 rude staff when i went with my mum to buy a present. Got annoyed when we took awhile to make up our minds, was NOT helpful AT ALL, did not suggest only stood around looking at the time.. as I was going to look back on the other Pandora charm collection she forcefully puts another collection on top of the one i was looking at. I walked straight out with my mum and came back another day and got help from a very nice lady who was very helpful.

The ladies that were working earlier today had completely ignored us as we were waiting to be served, they had served many people before us even though we had been waiting for longer. One of the ladies was staring at me but did not offer for me to be served, I have seen better service then this and I’m very disappointed

Great customer service, lady that attended us was lovely and very helpful her name was Farah she went out of her way, checking around the whole store if they had my bracelet size even though it is their busiest time of year Xmas, really appreciate the service I received!

Went in there the other day, to get my sister a Christmas gift, the staff there was so helpful, took me 3 minutes to choose something. Great experience.
