This company is scam. Basically they are not in business of renting cars (as their primary income), but in the business of somehow scamming customers, illegal chargers after rental or simply falsely accepting bookings for the cars they don't have and then manufacturing reasons to reject the booking. They will make sure to find technicality and make it customer fault so that they don't need to refund. Basically takes rent and never gives the car. If you coming from UK, be prepared to be scammed about international drivers permit (if you are UK license holder in Lithuania, you don't need IDP and it DOES NOT EXIST, so you just can't have it), Panek will ask for it, refuse to rent the car and will make it your fault. They always offer their insurance as alternative, which is part of the scheme. My rental for example was 110 Euro total, they offered to rent me the car without IDP if I pay 150 Euro per day additional insurance (meaning 450 Euro for 3 days). They offered the same for family after me, in their case the booking was under wife name and husband was the driver (which is never an issue to any legitimate company, as long as husband can provide credit car with in his name and valid license, they have a car, the car was paid, the wife is present). Nope, not with Panek, they said they can only rent them car with additional insurance for 100 Euro a day on 15 days rental (so 1500 Euro) whereas their car (Nissan Juke) rent wast total 258 Euro. They obviously refused and left in the rain with the baby, in the middle of the night to find their own way back home. So basically whatever you do, whatever you book they will be scheming to get you onto their exceptionally expensive insurance or otherwise will refuse the rent. Likewise they will not provide correct cars for category, mine supposed to be Mercedes E-Class or equivalent (so that means BMW 5-Series, Audi A6 etc.), they offered me old BMW 3-series or older Audi A4/Q3, all of which are class below of my booking. Now this does generally happens in Lithuania, unless you go with Hertz, Sixt, Europcar or other globally recognised provider, or have guaranteed model, the car generally will not be matching. Usually, I am not fussed if I get brand new 3-Series vs. 5 years old E-Class, but this was not the case as their cars were like 8 years old. Well at least the 3-Series (it was like 2016), the offered Q3 was nowhere to be found. When I asked to see the usual contract which shows the model they offering to me (for that extra 450 Euro!), they refused to show me what they actually going to give me. This is as well red flag, because if car company intend to rent a car for you they will have your booking, your car cleaned and ready, and your contract printed and ready to sign. If they don't have it printed then they likely already have no intention to rent, it is not like they start walking around the lot and looking for cars once customer is already at their desk. So if no contract is ready - take it as a message "we already decided not to rent and now we will find a reason why". End of the story, they refused to provide the car, refused to admit they didn't have correct car, refused to refund and insisted that it was all my fault because IDP was not provided. I had to get taxi 2AM at night and come back next day to rent car from ACE Rent (AutoBanga, which by the way isn't amazing either, but at least they are in the business of renting cars and not total scam like Panek). Got the money claimed back from credit card and waiting for broker to review my complaint (Argus Carhire, who as well proven kind of useless as far as rental brokers concerned and did not help with provider at all). My advise - consider Panek as non-existent and filter them out if you renting in Lithuania (not sure about other countries, they seem to be big/decent in Poland), but if you taking car from Vilnius airport or Panek Lithuanian Franchise, then prepare to get scammed.

My name is Lynsey Griffon. I was so excited to camp out in the Lithuanian nature. When I arrive to Lithuania I rented a car with a company this called PANEK, a few days into my trip I found myself stuck in alot of sand and wasn't able to drive through it. I call the Company for help they told me to email whatever pictures I had of the car and the location of the car. The man working for the company took pictures of the car and tried multiple times to drive throught the sand. After that was not a success. We waited and I had asked about fees and he said there would be fee for driving in these roads. Because of what he said I read the contract I signed over 4 times while waiting and did not see how my situation pertian to the reasons of each fee I had to pay.I asked what the fees pertained and how much. The man that was there with me didnt know much of anything so I had to speak with the manager named Tomas Blėdis. He went throught the three different reason and fees with me that were listed in the contract I signed. 1. Section (5.3H) STATES "when dry cleaning of the car is required AFTER its return ( applies separately to internal and external dry cleaning) -EUR 300 ($400) 2.Section (6.4M) STATES "Administrative fee for handling an NON-COMPLIANCE with the Terms ans Conditions (calculation of damages,application of fines,cleaning fixing the car,etc.) - EUR 50 ($60) 3.Section (6.4N) STATES "costs of transporting a BROKEN DOWN or DEMAGED car- EUR 4 for each kilometers the fee is charged only for a one way trip), but less than EUR 100 I had to pay in total EUR 760 for them to move my car about 17 meters . So 860 dollars 1. I didn't return the car yet so I don't see why I pay for cleaning right then and there. When the contract states after returning the car. 2. There was non compliance with the terms and conditions. 3. And there was no car transportation no tow truck. The one man working for the company came from kaunas which was 25 mins away from where my car was. The other 4 or 5 were people who happen to be in the area offering to help push the car while driving forward 17 meters, to get my car out of the sand. The manger told me either I pay his fee or he takes the car and I pay transportation fee for the car to go back and I get stuck in in the middle of nowhere If I could give no stars I would but that's not an option IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING A CAR WITH THEM DO NOT DO IT.

Mums išnuomotas automobilis buvo registruotas Lenkijoje, o eksplotuojamas Lietuvoje. Atsisakyta pateikti: • transporto priemonės registracijos liudijimą; • privalomojo civilinės atsakomybės draudimo liudijimą (kai transporto priemonė drausta užsienio šalyje); • privalomosios techninės apžiūros dokumentus (kai techninė apžiūra atlikta užsienio šalyje). Policijos pareigūnui turi būti pateikiami minėtų dokumentų originalai. Kategoriškai atsisakė nutraukti nuomos sutartį vienašališkai dėl nuomotojo kaltės. Deja, svarbu paminėti jų darbuotojas negalėjo atsakyti į mūsų klausimus, nepateikė prašomų dokumentų, atsisakė kalbėti, nenurodė savo vardo bei labai nemandagiai bendravo. Taip pat nenurodė savo vardo pasirašytoje nuomos sutartyje. English: Careful, in our opinion, a possible illicit scheme! There is no information that the car will be registered in Poland, even though it is being leased and driven in Lithuania. The Panek representative refused to provide all the necessary documents to drive this vehicle in Lithuania legally, there is no indication in their lease agreement that this car is not registered in Lithuania. We found out this only after picking up the car. Moreover, they refused to provide the actual waiver document, so we only can assume that they don’t have one, possibly they resell the same Premium Collision Damage Waiver as a new one each time. They also refused to provide any proof of cancellation of this waiver. The only document they provided was the lease agreement and that’s all. Their representative refused to answer our questions and was extremely rude. Furthermore, the rating of this company on Ryanair website is not accurate as it possibly reflects the reviews of the parent company in Poland, not the one in Lithuania, so the information on their website is misleading. There are a lot of really bad reviews and complaints online in Lithuanian, but unfortunately not enough in English.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Panek car rental company in Lithuania. I booked a car through Ryanair with my debit card, but upon arrival, I discovered that the deposit was a whooping 1800 euro and could only be paid with a credit card. Despite having sufficient funds in cash and on my debit card, the car rental company refused to accept payment in any other form. Finally, the car rental company offered me another option with insurance, where the deposit could be paid with a debit card. However, the price of the car rose three times, which was unacceptable. The situation was frustrating, and the car rental worker suggested that I cancel the reservation on the spot, promising me around 60% refund from Ryanair in this case. However, when I contacted Ryanair for a refund, they informed me that it was not possible to get a refund for the canceled reservation. After a 30-minute conversation, we agreed that I could move the reservation to a different date and get a refund in around four days for the first booking. Unfortunately, two weeks later, I still have not received any refund. My experience with Panek car rental company was unpleasant and disappointing. Their refusal to accept payment in any form other than credit card, coupled with the high deposit and insurance cost, made the booking process frustrating and stressful. The unhelpful response I received from Panek's car rental worker, coupled with the lack of a prompt refund, made the situation even worse. I advise fellow customers to be cautious when booking with Panek car rental company and to carefully read the terms and conditions before making a reservation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY: To save yourself hassle and hundreds of euros, read all the reviews first (sort by date, seems all recent reviews are 1 star as this company turned into scammers). My experience is the following: I rented a car for 5 days in May and returned it in perfect condition on June 1st (luckily i took photos upon return). They tried hard to sell insurance and also the stupid cleaning fee (they claim cleaning the car is 75 euros but if you pay beforehand it is only 29.99). During my rental they blocked 1600euros from my credit card which were only unblocked a month later.. The icing on the cake is that after 1,5 months after the end of our rental they charged 512 euros without any email or explanation. When calling them, they said they cannot provide info by phone and i can only enquire by email. So i am now spending time to find what the hell happened and i was charged after such a long time. Like some people also mentioned i got a car with polish license plate and from some research this is a polish company. My theory is that they are planning to exit the lithuanian market (that is why they dont invest in lithuanian cars) and before doing so they are trying to steal as much money as possible, hence all the negative reviews they dont care about.

Some time ago they refused to provide us a car because credit card was valid for less than 6 months. Even though on a voucher it clearly said opposite, that the card can be valid up to 6 months. They only offered to rebook directly through them, and cancel our voucher - then it's no problem to provide the car... hm... whaaat? Or get full insurance from them which triples the price. Eventually, they refused to provide the name of representative, or jointly call and talk to the agency that voucher was purchased through - basically their partners. Door was basically shut in our faces. 2 hours later we successfully rented a car in another car rental company with same credit card and no trouble. Shows the BS rules by Panek... Of course no help in refund and even they refused to provide official document why car was not given, and even lied to the travel agency, that they tried to get deposit from my card and it was refused. Card never even reached the card machine! Luckily, my bank was more reasonable and could easily prove that information given by Panek was false and reversed the transaction for car booking - but the case & credit card insurance team had to be involved - no results or flexibility before that.

An experience that will drive you mad. I made a booking online with Panek paying in advance for car insurance only to find that when I went to get the car key they would block c. 1600€ from my account for insurance purposes. Ignoring that and the nearly two-hour long wait to be served, I was then asked to pay a further 75€ cleaning fee in advance (!). I paid and signed the contract since it was nearly 2 am with two hours wait at the airport and I was supposed to be on holiday. A month and a half after I got a 512€ charge without warning on my credit card by Panek and had to email them to ask the reason for it. They sent me a list of speeding violations I had for about 1 to 5 seconds pointing a term of the contract which stated that in case of speeding violation there's 500€ charge. No proof of fine or notice by any authority or local police! The advertised price is far from the final cost of the rental and the terms and conditions are not stated clearly at any point making me think I got tricked. The whole experience was an abomination. Avoid.

ATvykus i punkta 23valanda, man pranesta jog mano rezervacija atsaukta (uz kuria pilnai sumoketa is anksto), man nebuvo nei skambinta, nei el. laistu pranesta. Man jei butu pranese tuo metu, kai skambinau ofisui, as kita rezervacija galejau pasidaryti. Atvykus niekuo negali padeti, jei nori automobilio, nuomok vietoj ir moketi vietoj 36Eur moketu ir negrazintu, 200-300Eur uz nauja nuoma 3 dienom. Esi visiskai be pasirinkimo situacijoj, i kuria nebenoreciau patekti ir kitiem nelinkeciau. Niekada nesu turejusi tokios patirties daugybe metu naudojantis automobiliu nuomos paslaugomis. I will never return and do not recommend to others. The service is terrible, the consultant who worked at the Vilnius airport (2023-07-13, Thursday evening) was unpleasant and arrogant. He was 15 minutes late. I should have felt guilty for picking up the car so late... Only when I came to pick up the car, they said that I would have to pay 25 euros. fee for taking the car. 11:30 p.m. and it was also mockingly said "that I should be happy that I don't pay 40 euros". This information was not provided in the reservation system before renting a car online. The employee lacks elementary respect for the customer.. The customer is not simply served, but threatened for every detail. Despite receiving a better car than I expected, I am disappointed and will definitely not be returning

Scammers!!!! This was most disgusting expierence I ever had with car rental company. I was told that because I have uk driving license I cannot use my own insurance and the only way they release the car if I buy their insurance (yes I checked before arriving and UK driving license holders doesn't need international driving licence in Europe, including Lithuania and I have been renting cars regurally throughout the years without any issues). The insurance cost was 4 times more than a car rental. I refused to pay and left. Don't get your holiday ruined by those scammers. If they try it with you just claim a refund through your bank on 3rd party and get other reputable rental company. I don't even understand how is that legal.

READ THIS. FRAUD attempt? 1,5 month after renting a car, Panek charged my credit card 850 Euro with no invoice, no message, nothing. Just charged and cannot explain why. I have contacted them by email few times, they simply do not answer. I have spoken with them by phone, they promised to send me invoice 1,5 week ago, and still promising but nothing happens. They cannot explain what they have charged for. Car was delivered back washed, with 100% full tank, with no damages. Currently the case has been reported to Mastercard, to the Insurance company, to the Police in Lithuania and European Consumer Center (ECC) by European Commission. I hope this company will not cheat anyone anymore.

- Atvykus atsiimti automobilio, paruoštas visai kitas modelis. Išsirinkome Touran su 927l talpa bagažinėje, gavome T-Roc su 445l. - Prieš nuomojant automobilį, kontaktiniais duomenimis susisiekėme su Panek atstovais jog pasiteirauti dėl kelionės iki Vokietijos. Sakė jog viskas tvarkoje, reikės damokėti 100eur. Atvykus atsiimti automobilio, nieko nepranešus mums buvo pateikta sąskaita su papildomais 400eur už sienos kirtimus. - Sutartį nutraukėme, automobilio nepasiėmėme. Susisiekus su pagrindiniais ofisais dėl pinigų gražinimo, Lietuvos atstovybė jiems pranešė jog automobilį visgi buvome pasiėmę. 2020, o kai kurių Lietuvos bendrovių paslaugų lygis vis dar primena 1990-uosius.

Aufpassen vor dieser Autovermietung! Wir haben ein Fahrzeug mit Zusatzversicherung gebucht und vollständig bezahlt. Bei der Abholung wurde gesagt wir müssen über 250€ mehr bezahlen weil der Europäische Führerausweis jünger als 2 Jahre alt war. Der Führerausweis wurde im Jahr 1999 gemacht (ersichtlich auf dem Führerausweis). Er muss alle 5 Jahre erneuert werden. Letztes Erneuerungdatum 2022 gültig bis 2027. (Jedoch weiterhin ausgestellt im 1999) Jeder Anruf wurde frech beantwortet und jede Diskussion endete im Streit, weil der Angestellt sich selber als Superhirn gesehen hat. Folglich haben wir das Auto bei einem anderen Vermieter gebucht, ohne kuriose Probleme.

Blogiausia vieta nuomotis automobilį. Nekalbant apie servisą kuris buvo siaubingas. Išsinuomavę automobilį, gavome visiškai kitą, labai mažą. Atsisakę nebuvo grąžinti pinigai. Nors dabar sako, kad automobilio neturėjo, nes pavėlavome jį atsiimti (vėlavo skrydis), kai kalbėjo telefonu su kolega išsidavė, kad išvis neranda mūsų užsakymo. Jis nežinojo, kad vienas iš mūsų kalba lietuviškai todėl kalbėjo drąsiai telefonu. Likome gatvėje be automobilio, pasiūlyto mažo automobilio negalėjome imti, nes niekaip nebūtume tilpę su 2 vaikais, vežimais ir lagaminais, todėl rinkomės brangesnį, didenį variantą. Būkite atsargūs, nes visi geri atsiliepimai atrodo kaip netikri!

Please don‘t book any car with them!!! Weve booked a car for sunday but in the end only needed it on monday. I called the desk to ask of we could also pick it up on monday instead, he said:yes sure. a few minutes later he called back and said no we have go pick it up within 1 hour otherwise we would lose the car and the money. so we rushed to the airport and could not find the desk because the adress was wrong. We arrived 3 Minutes!!! too late and the rude staff told us he cannot do anything because we are too late! 3 Minutes! 344€ are gone and the customer service does not want to refund this!

Blogiau nebūna. Nors buvo sumokėta į priekį, atvykus, automobilio nedavė. Neva, reikia turėti kreditinę, o ne debetinę kortelę. Ko nepaklausi, to negausi, nieko nežino, į jokias kalbas nesileido. Be to, net ir su papildomu draudimu, jie vistiek rezervuotų 1600 EUR, na, kosmosas. Oro uoste nuėjom į kitas kompanijas, VISOS iki vienos priėmė debetinę kortelę, bet kadangi iš Europcar po visos istorijos su Panek, teko pirkti tą pačią dieną, ne internetu užsakėm, tai buvo brangiau. Kitąsyk rinkčiausi iškart brangesnę, bet su gera reputacija firmą, o ne šituos APGAVIKUS. Niekam nerekomenduoju!

Niekam nerekomenduočiau, bando pritaikyti kosminius pilno draudimo mokesčius visiškai už ora, užsakymo darymo metu niekas nebuvo informuota, pasakius kad turiu trečiu salių pilna draudima ir man nereikia ju kosminio draudimo ir kad užteks tiesiog civilinio tiesiog ignoruoja. Atėjus valanda vėliau nei užrezervuotas automobilis pradėjo pasakoti kad ekonominės klases automobilio nebera nes neatvykau laiku, ir už geresnis klases automobili papraše damokėti dar daugiau pinigu, teko apsisukti ir išeiti be automobilio gavosi pigiau, bandysim viska atgauti nusiskundimu keliu !!!

Rude employees from the moment we rented the car. As english speaking people, we were trying to understand everything we needed to know before renting a car. One of the workers was disrespectful and speaking in a inadequate tone to us (seemed frustrated with the fact that we were just ‘foreign people’ asking a lot of questions) but we were only trying to understand the service and we were never disrespectful towards any of the employees. I do not recommend this service at all. If you want a professional and trust worthy company - do not use this one.

0 žvaigždučių. Firma priskaiciavo man už lakavima bumperio už įdrėskima, kuris jau buvo. Kadangi turejau nuotrauka tik vieno įdrėskimo, pareiškė, kad manęs neatleidžia nuo antro! Į mano prašimus ir reikalavimus atrašė “buvome labai kantus. Pasirinkote nuoma su asmenine atsakomybe” ir į tolimesne korespondencija net ne reaguoja. 400 eur už lakavima tokio idreskimo, kurio ne padariau ir tik jų naudai, neturiu įrodymo. Bėkite nuo šios firmos kuo toliau! Jie sukčiauja. Idomu kiek jau klientu moka už bumperio lakavima šitos pačios mašinos ???

Achtung Betrug! . Sie haben die Vermietung nicht gecancelt wie gesagt, sondern als nicht abgeholt markiert...... . Und dies nach dieser Story: Wir haben ein Auto über Booking gebucht und als wir ankamen wollten Sie den Internationalenführerausweis. Dies ist nicht korrekt, wir kommen seit Jahren hierher und der "normale" Führerausweis reichte immer..... mot Zusatzkosten von CHF 490.00 für 1ne Wochen hätten wir ihn mit "unserem" Fuehrerauaweis mieten koennen. Das haben wir abgelehnt und haben ein guenstiges Auto bei der Konkurrenz geholt.

Basically a scam for British tourists. Avoid and book with international firms. Their small print requires an international driving license for non-EU members although this wasn't made clear in the booking process, it's confined to small print. UK government website advice for car rental in Lithuania and other reputable car hire companies don't have this requirement. They tried to require their extortionate insurance in the absence of this international license, I declined and booked with Enterprise on much more reasonable terms.

These guys are awful! I booked a car and paid 100% in advance, my flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day, I immediately called them to update that I will pick up the car the next day. When I came (in the middle of the day) there was no one there, a guy from another car agency called them for me and they said that they don't have any car for me, I ended up renting with another agency and paying much more. Of course, I haven't received a dime back from them. Save yourself time and money and go with another company.

Ще вам заборонять виїзджати з Литви навіть в Латвію, хоча обіцяють безлімітний пробіг. І ще вони типові расисти - бо мені, водію з України, водійська ліцензія якої визнана у всьому ЄС виявляється потрібні додаткові до мого 25 річного стажу папери, які точно засвідчать, що я вмію їздити! Rented a car through Argus Car Hire, a rental cost included third party insurance as well as bought an additional damage refund insurance through them, upon car collection I been told by Panek that my insurance is invalid (in fact it was valid!) so Panek would not release the car unless I will buy a new premium insurance through them! They forced me to pay extra £255.65! In total I paid around £600 for a 6 day car rental! Avoid this company! Definitely scammers!

This car rental denied me my reservation that I made 6 months ago, because I arrived 10 minutes later than the courtesy time associated with the pickup time (59 minutes courtesy time, which is already ridiculous for an airport). So for 10 minutes delay, they canceled my booking that I made 6 months ago for 40€ and they said they can only rebook me now for 600€ instead. Think wisely before choosing this unacceptable car rental company

Horrible, avoid at all costs!! Booked through Ryanair at very competitive price. So far so good, then when trying to pick up the car 65 min after the reservation was due, they told me the reservation expired after 60min, my reserved car was therefore not available and a new car would cost me twice the original price (!). Needless to say I did not take their “offer” and took the train instead. Never again. Avoid at all costs!!!

A real Scam! Hidden costs upon giving back the car. Besides that claiming that the car was dirty though we had cleaned it inside and outside before return. They charged us extra costs what ever they want. They seem to be cheap but afterwards it is cheaper to take a well known more expensive and professional company. SCAM! They claimed that this car in the pics is given back dirty from outside. The pics is taken on return.

Ačiū panek už sugadintą savaitgalį. Atvykus automobilio buvo pareikšta, kad vairuotojo pažymėjimas turi galioti bent 9mėnesius (jei mus kartais užfiksuotų greičio radaras ar padarytume kitą nusižengimą) ir automobilio mes negausime (nors dalis kainos jau buvo sumokėta). Kaip išeitį pasiūlė papildomai susimokėti 100eu už pilną draudimą ir tada jau galėtume važiuoti :))))) gal jau tada ir baudos būtų buvusios įskaičiuotos?

Uz 4dienos susimokejom vos ne 1000e! Visiska nesamone ir paskelbsiu tai i Facebooke grupes visas kad zmones saugutusi! Turejom sumoket uz papildoma draudima 300e dar... Uz tai kad angliskos teises. Internete visur parasyta kad neprivaloma o jie apsimeta kad nesupranta tik myksi ir tiek. Siaubas! Irodem, kad neprivaloma moket papildomo draudimo jei su angliskom teisem bet pinigu neatgavom. Daug klientu neteksit:) sekmes!

Automobiliai LENKIŠKAIS numeriais. Nors ir sakė nevalyti automobilio nei išorės nei vidaus, bet vistiek nuskaitė 30€ už valymą, nors automobilis buvo tikrai nepriterštas. DARYKITE NUOTRAUKAS! norėjo pripaišyti įbrėžinus, bet buvo padarytos nuotraukos prieš pasiėmant. Nusipirkau pilną baką degalų ( galėjau atiduoti tuščiu baku ) už 1€/Litr. , sumokėjau 50€, nors automobilio bako talpa tik 40Litr. NEREKOMENDUOJU!

Very nice and efficient service! I have rented several times and always competently and without any problems. Cars are clean and well-maintained, sometimes a slightly worn model will happen, but compared to other rentals, it deserves a definite 5 stars! Panek also offers higher-class cars when a model from the purchased class is not available, which always leaves a smile and satisfaction on the customer's face!

I reserved a VW Arteon SB and was surprised to receive a Skoda Kamiq without any explanation or adjustments. Upon reviewing the rental agreement, I discovered several concerning clauses, including unusual fines that are not commonly found elsewhere. For instance, a section of the agreement stated that I could be fined 500Eur. for speeding as determined by the GPS installed in the vehicle.

I am very pleased with the service by phone and live in the office. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me. I would like to point out that it was my first time in the rental shop. The car I received was clean, the most important thing is that it has a full tank of fuel and so the car must be returned. Slechtste autoverhuur service, ever! Frauduleuze dienstverlening. De baliemedewerker was bijzonder nors en de enige mogelijkheid om de gereserveerde én betaalde huurauto in ontvangst te kunnen nemen was de betaling van een bijkomende verzekering van 85 (!) euro na een vermeende discussie over de geldigheid van mijn geldig (!) rijbewijs en geldige (!) creditcard.

Scam! Charged $300 extra for insurance because “U.S. issued driver’s license is not international driver’s license”. Also tried to charge BOTH my credit cards for $22,000 (!!!) for some “fines and fees”, for which we have never received proof. After we refused to pay, they threatened us with police and reporting to immigration!!! LoL avoid to all costs!

I have never experienced such rude staff. Ended up not taking the car, went to another company on the day, and argued for a refund from the booking website. Just don’t do it. They only hold your car for one hour. Then they do not have that car anymore (although the place is deserted) but only one that costs 4 times as much.

Nerekomenduoju rinktis šitos trolių kontoros. Man nuvykus atsiimti mašinos buvo pasakyta, kad reikia kreditinės, o jei jos nėra - pirkti pilną už 400€ draudimą. Aš nesutikau ir išėjau. Pasiūlė skambinti į UK. Kad atsiimti 160€ išankstinį apmokėjimą. Bet patikino kad neatgausiu nieko, nes nesilaikiau jų sąlygų.

They will try to extort money from you (which is a crime) by a speed car system they install on their cars and by charging you 550€ if you break any speed limit, even for 5 seconds, as if they were the police.
